It is time for a rejuvenating vacation away from the crowds at the end of Fort Morgan Island! Our home is approximately 1,734 square feet on the seventh floor. What makes this condo unique is that it has both large guest and master suites. This penthouse has two walls of glass and an unobstructed view overlooking the ocean. It has a double balcony with a large marble table for outdoor dining and extra comfy lounge chairs for books and cocktails. The spacious bathrooms each have granite and large, thick towels. You can take a soak in the garden-sized tub or enjoy the stand-alone shower. Our ocean view kitchen is appointed with granite and stainless steel appliances and has a cappuccino machine, coffee maker and other small appliances.
Along with the magnificent ocean view from both the master suite and the living area, guests will be thrilled by a fantastic view of the bay from the extra large guest suite. Our third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds for children plus access to the third bath.
Take a walk down the beach at night and watch the lighthouse illuminate the star-filled sky. During the day go crabbing and watch the dolphins play. Take a ferry ride to the estuary on Dauphin Island or take a day trip off the ferry into Mobile. There are nearby golf courses and a full-service spa a mere ten minutes away.
We love snowbirds and have discounts for long-term stay as well!

My name is Krista Wagner and my family of five own this condo along with two other homes along the sugar beaches of Alabama's Gulf Coast. Our primary home is north of Atlanta in horse country. All three of our young sons keep us busy on a daily basis but when we have a break we load up the car and rush to our little piece of tranquil heaven. Our goal is to retire at the coast in the next 10 years.
Why the Owner Chose The Indies
My husband bought this condo on a hunch and I was not ready to take on the responsibility of a second home. The minute I started washing dishes and putting them away I noticed dolphins in the waves and the sun shining off the water. I was hooked.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We roll down the windows when we hit the island and smell the salt air. Tension slips away and we are glad to be back in our favorite place on earth. We have traveled far and wide yet this is our favorite, favorite place.
