This spacious, 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, 2000 square foot Parkside Ski Townhomes are located at the City Park, with easy access to ski shuttles and historic Main Street. Parents will enjoy it's close proximity to the City Park's children's playground and summertime events. These units are all brand new 2004 construction, featuring, custom design and tile work throughout. Each unit offers 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, and sleep up to 12 people. The kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances, including stainless steel appliances, as well as upscale furnishings throughout the home. Relax at the end of the day in the private outdoor hot tub. There are a total of 4 units available.
Each unit offers two, king bedded master bedroom suites, with varying bedding in the other two bedrooms, ranging from twins to bunks. Some units sleep up to 12 people depending on bedding.
These units require a 5 night minimum during regular season, 7 nights during Holiday, 10 nights during Sundance. Please call if you require less than the minimum nights so we can check availability.
