My condo is located in the Lakeview/Lincln Park area with great views of Lake Michigan! Walking distance to Wrigley Field.

Unit is fully decorated and includes special added touches during November-Janaury with decorations for the holiday season!

Express bus stops right out front and will have you holiday shopping the Magnificent Mile within 5 minutes! The Addison "L" (subway) stop is only 5 blocks away too! World famous restaurants surround you. For those wishing to relax in the condo, take advantage of our new kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances and a great breakfast bar! We provide all coffee and tea too! Large Jewel grocery/liquor store located just 1 block away! Watch your favorite cable movie on our living room flat screen 26' TV or rent a DVD/VCR or relax in bed watching our 15' flat screen.

After a long day of shopping or sightseeing, enjoy a hot shower in our newly remodeled marble shower/tub and granite sink. Herbal Essence soap, shampoo and conditioner are provided as well. Cap the day off with a relaxing rest on our plush queen size bed with superior linens while looking out the window at Lake Michigan, Lake Shore Drive and Chicago!

We provide our guests with an in-unit binder that highlights the building, local points of interest, bus schedules and restaurant menus from some of our favorite places!

Whether you are in town for a romantic getaway, Chicago Bears/Cubs game, holiday shopping experience, visiting family/friends or corporate stay, our unit is perfect for you! We look forward to making your stay in Chicago a unique and memorable experience!

RATES/DETAILS: Our rate is $150 per night the best rate for a VRBO condo rental in Chicago (don't be fooled by others offering a rate like this that really have a converted hotel room for you). Our unit is a TRUE condo! Special discounts may apply for longer stays. We have a minimum 3 night stay. If you have any questions, please send us an email with your telephone number and we will respond immediately. Peek periods (Summer, large conventions, special events) may book at higher rates.   • wow. What a great condo! Everything was new and in working order. The neighboorhood is very nice and never felt unsafe. The view from the condo is amazing. The lake is so beautiful. The bed is very comfy..tons of pillows..love it! We had an amazing time in Chicago. Hint. Get a Chicago Go card and a visitors pass for the bus. The condo owner was very easy to deal with and responded quickly with any emails I sent. I would not hesitate to go through them again...Thanks!!

  • What a wonderful place to stay. The home is decorated so nice, and the furnishings, especially the bed, are very comfortable when you need to relax from a day in the city. Can't say enough about the views...Lake Michigan and parks to your right and Wrigley to the left. The rooftop provides beautiful views too. This home has left nothing forgotten, anything you need is there. Within the building is a market for your convenience or just a couple of blocks away is a grocery. Convenient to the L at Addison which is at Wrigley field. Nice walk through lovely quiet neighborhood. Never had a problem when we wanted to catch a cab right at the front door for the times we did not want to take the L. It was really in a great location for everything we wanted to do (Cubs, Shopping, Theatre) Owner was very helpful in setting up our stay, always promptly answering our questions. We will definitely be back.

  • My husband and I spent three days/nights at the Condo in July. We found it to be a wonderful alternative to a hotel. We liked the fact we weren't right downtown and were staying amongst people who lived in Chicago, not just tourists. It was very clean and we felt comfortable there. We used a lot of public transportation while there and the condo's location made it easy. I would definitely recommend this place.

  • We had a great time. The condo was absolutely terrific! It was super clean and the decor was beautiful! It is in the perfect spot with everything close by! The walk to Briar St. Theater to see Blue Man Group was only about ten minutes...perfect! I will recommend the condo to anyone that wants to come and stay in the city. Thank you for all of the help with directions and city info as well. One of the best times we have ever had!!!

  • It was 37 degrees outside (felt like 23) but warm and cozy in Greg and Todd's apartment overlooking Waveland Park and the serpentine traffic on the outer drive. A two block walk to a new Whole Foods market on Halsted. Buses to downtown and to the Red Line (elevated) right outside the door. Even though our favorite deli had closed, we found good neigborhood restaurants on Broadway, including the Bagel on Barry for those in need of corned beef (good corned beef a rarity in Tucson). A great apartment and a great location. We would stay again.

  • What a pleasure to find an affordable, amazingly affordable and easy-to-get-to studio apartment right on the Lake. My wife and I can't imagine a better deal or place anywhere and Greg and Todd have appointed the place so well. The most important thing, however, is that the queen bed is really comfortable and that it is a 7 minute walk to Wrigley Field and less to the El, which will take you everywhere you want to go.
