Come on down and enjoy our canal front condo in Mexico Beach! We are located just past the "Bridge", steps away from sugar white beaches, and worlds best fishing. We offer pool w/hot tub, private parking garage, storage unit, boat slip and full line marina with bait and gas. We think you will love our tropical and colorful unit with it's stainless steel kitchen appliances, granite countertops, island kitchen breakfast bar, private balcony with view of boat and canal, tiled ceramic floor, carpet in bedroom, spacious floor layout and built-in bunk beds.

This is a quiet beach town located 30 minutes east of Panama City. Great place any time of the year to just chill out with your favorite book or pursue any of the many recreational activities this area has to offer. The seafood here is superior with several restaurants to choose from. Walk to gather fresh seafood daily, browse shell markets, charter a boat or fish off the public pier.

A short drive takes you to beautiful state park beaches at Cape San Blas, St. Vincent and St. George Islands. 30 minute drive to Appalachicola or Panama City. Be sure to check the local calendars to book your trip around the many annual festivals or fishing tournaments. Bring your own boat - we have a slip waiting!

    Hey Lisa, We had a wonderful time. We were surprised at how roomy the condo was. We will definitely be renting from you in the future.Its a great location and having the storage room so close to the boat slip was nice.We had a nice fishing trip out to the car bodies on Friday . Saturday we rode over to the Cape and just hung out in the water.We have 2 girls ( 13 and 17 ) and its seems nearly impossible to get the 4 of us together.This last minute trip was really what the family needed .Thanks again and you will definitely be hearing from us in the future.   • We enjoyed "Mabry's Catch" the month of October. Everything was just wonderful. It was great to have pleasant surroundings inside as well as down by the pool. We enjoyed the convenience of the boat slip and the storage room for things that did not need to be left outside or upstairs inside the townhouse. We hope to stay there again.

  • We had a wonderful, relaxing Memorial Day weekend at "Mabrys' Catch!" Boat facilities are convenient. Good covered parking for cars. The kids AND dog felt welcome and comfortable. Beach is across the street.

    The dishes in dishwasher are dirty - did not want to leave it running. Thre were no washclothes - but everything was great. Very cute condo - Had a great time. The only thing -did not realize time change at Port St. Joe! Thanks - Hope to stay here again. Jane

  • This was a great place to stay: cheerful decorating, granite counters & stainless appliances. We appreciated that we could keep our dog with us (Dog Beach is a 10 min walk). We also loved the pool, hot tub & boat slip (with quick, easy access to deep water).
