December 2009 "special rate" $2,200 for the month or 2 weeks in December for
$1,400....must rent for 2 weeks
(Jan.- Feb. - March- 2010 (already rented for $3,000 per month)
SUMMER 2009 - 2 week min rental $900 for 2 weeks ($450 per week)
Golf membership transfer fee is $150 for 2 people (renter pays)
I will pay the Florida/Naples state taxes (10%) so this is a bargain!
$300 damage deposit required (returned to you after departure if no damage)

Steve and I are both life-long residents of southern Ohio...we've been married for 32 years....Steve is a full-time realtor....I taught high school Spanish for 30 years....loved it...retired to travel and play golf and bridge.... I also help Steve with his business...make home brochures, do Open Houses, etc. We both love to spend time at our bright, sunny Glen Eagle condo....we get down there usually 4 times a year....
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
Glen Eagle is the "best of everything" in the Naples area...a casual atmosphere.... friendly people....so many activities... tennis, golf, fitness center, card rooms, billiards room.... We can be at the best restaurants in just minutes... and we can be walking the white sand beach in minutes also...
Shopping? I LOVE the antiques/consignment shops off of Tenth Ave....There is a map/list at the condo of 16 or so shops... clothes, books, accessories, jewelry, artwork.... lots of wealthy Naples citizens have some GOOD stuff at these shops! The Naples Zoo is also a big hit with our guests... especially the boat to the monkey islands...There is a brand new water/spray park about 10 minutes away on Livingston Rd... kids love that. I LOVE the sunny, open feel to our condo; it has bright, modern colors that remind us that we are in a sunny, tropical climate; when we sit in the living room and watch the lake and golfers and ducks...we know we are relaxing in a special place. Since it is all on ground level...NO steps at all.. it is so easy to get luggage and groceries in and out. We have stocked the condo with EVERYTHING one could need...from beach chairs, beach towels, noodles...to picnic hamper, wine glasses,flashlights...just bring your clothes and come on down!
