We have stayed at Palm Beach many times, and D51 was fantastic, couldn't be more pleased!! The condo is exactly as advertised, exceptionally clean, well equipped, great views!! Bob is a joy to work with!! The entire grounds are well kept, pools clean, couldn't ask for more!! Looking forward to our next trip to Palm Beach!!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

I have rented condo's at Palm Beach for the third year in a row! This condo had an absolutely wonderful view since it is on the end, and the inside was just as spectacular! I felt like I had entered into my own personal version of heaven! I cannot wait to get back there and enjoy this place again! Just beautiful, well maintained, and perfect! I am personally thanking the owners for allowing us to enjoy their piece of heaven! Planned as an extended family reunion, the majority of our family stayed @ a nearby complex. In comparison, Palm Beach Condo's are by far the best! This 3 bdrm/2bath condo, 107760, was cleaner, more spacious & better equipped than the 1 + 2 bdrm condos rented by our relatives. The kitchen, living & dining area would accommodate our 20 person last dinner gathering. On the down side, disappointed in lack of serving size dishes & storage dishes w/ lids. And, even though the end condo beach front view is fabulous, the distance from the beach to the elevator & to the condo door was a haul, leaving my 77 yr old mother tired out. BUT- Bob & Nancy are so very congenial & easy to work w/ on making arrangements! I definitely plan to rent rent w/ them in the future! Thanks!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

The condo was clean and very spacious. We enjoyed the view, the pool, and the quiet! We had teenagers with us, and they enjoyed it as well. Just as described! This condo has it all! Perfect views, perfect location, and well decorated! Being that there are beach houses next door, at times we felt as if we had the entire beach to ourselves! We loved the condo. It was just as described and four girlfriends had a great time. We loved the fact that it was not a high rise and that it was in a great location. We had perfect weather and eating breakfast on the balcony each morning was a great day to start the day. Working with Bob was great. Everything went so smooth. I would definitely recommend this condo to family and friends. We love to eat at Desoto's, Original Oyster House, Lulus, and King Neptunes. Great time had by all!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

We loved this property. I liked that it wasn't a huge 15 or 20 story tower. And being on the western edge of Orange Beach made it conveniently located to shops and restaurants there and in Gulf Shores. The unit itself was remarkably spacious and looked brand new. It is at the very end of the hall and there are stairs right there that take you the beach or pool if you don't need the elevator. I ate breakfast out on the balcony every morning and watched the surf come in. Bob called us shortly after arriving to ensure that everything was in order - a nice touch and much different than we were used to at other area rental properties. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone visiting the beautiful Orange Beach area.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing, families with teenagers.

Bob was very thorough with the rental agreement and pertinent condo information. He was also quick to respond and answer any questions we had about the unit, the property, and the local area. The unit is amazing with a great view of the beach and the heated pool. The unit was found to be just as described. It is very spacious with plenty of room for the entire family. The property is very nice with a non-heated pool and a heated pool which is great if you are there before the water warms up. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice relaxing vacation with the family.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
