With only a short walking distance to Downtown Ketchum you can visit the town’s local galleries, fine dining, hearty nightlife, theaters, plus a number of shops and boutiques. You also will have access to some of the country’s most famous ski hills.

The modern architecture opens out onto the creek bed which it situated up against and the large windows let in plenty of light and opportunity to enjoy the views. In the master bedroom you will wake up, in your king bed to an amazing mountain backdrop, which you could also enjoy from the sitting room attached to the master, which has privacy doors so you can enjoy your view in quite. You could also take advantage of the Idaho scenery from any of the three decks (one with a private hot tub!) this townhome has to offer. The additional two bedrooms are warm and inviting and are roomy enough for all of your guests. In addition, all of the rooms have state of the art entertainment systems, plus a media room that has a full-size sofa bed for you to enjoy, plus clean, stylish linens throughout the house.

The warm mountain retreat also has a spacious living area with a large fireplace to cozy up to on the cool mountain evenings. Not only is the inside warm but the outside driveway and walk areas are heated, that means you do not need to worry about shoveling snow.

This mountain oasis also offers formal dining for eight as well as a large accommodating kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and all the cooking instruments you may need. If you are looking to BBQ then look no further than the back deck; the unit also comes with a gas/electric BBQ grill. The unit also comes equipped with a laundry room that has a large washer and dryer for your laundry needs. There is also a spacious, heated, 2-car garage with ski storage.
