This beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 baths; brand new 2300 sq. ft. villa home is in the center of Gold Canyon in the Tuscany Villas of Toscana. It is at the base of Dinosaur Mountain and Sidewinder Gold Courses that are available for public use. Dinosaur Mountain golf course is rated as one of the best, most scenic and beautiful golf courses in Arizona. The community of Toscano offers some of the most beautiful views of the famous Superstition Mountain, Dinosaur Mountain and Rattlesnake Mountain. There are nearby hiking trails available for you to adventure and many of our guests have sited mule ear deer, javolina, jackrabbits, and many other wildlife while blazing the trails around Gold Canyon.
The home is a member of the community clubhouse that has a heated whirlpool spa, swimming pool, fitness center, big screen movie area, and kitchen area for cooking that will accommodate groups available to schedule for private use. The community is gated for maximum security. A grocery store, drug store, fitness center, movies and shopping are all within 10 minutes of the home.
The home has 3 bedrooms, (two masters bedrooms and a guest bedroom) and 3 bathrooms; each bedroom has their own private bathroom. It has a split floor plan for privacy if you are sharing with friends. Both master bedrooms come with king size beds which include new quality plush mattresses along with fine high thread count linens. Both have luxurious Master bathrooms with double sinks and huge walk-in closets. The guest room comes with a queen size bed and walk-out balcony overlooking Dinosaur Mountain.
There is a huge open loft upstairs with a pool table for playing pool and additional sofas for just lounging. The kitchen has a new kitchen-aid refrigerator with built-in ice and cold water dispenser, new whirl pool dishwasher, built-in space maker micro wave and up-graded stove/cook top oven. The kitchen comes complete with all the cooking and eating utensils necessary to accommodate 8 people.
There is a separate convenient laundry room and 2 car private garage. The laundry room includes both a new (profile) GE up-graded washing machine and clothes dryer.
The elegant formal dining room sits 6 people with a beautiful new cherry wood formal dining table and plush dining room chairs. The dining area is situated next to the family room where you may view a movie or TV while dining.
The fully-equipped family room comes complete with (2) two plush leather recliner sofas, end tables, lamps and a built-in 65” (HD/TV-Cable), connected to a top-of-the-line Yamaha Stereo sound system with Polk-audio speakers for maximum sound effect. The Cable connection comes with all the basic cable channels and the up-graded Starz channel for continuous movie viewing.
The downstairs also has an outdoor covered patio complete with a gas BBQ, perfect for having a morning breakfast or an evening BBQ where you can enjoy the night-lit sky filled with heavenly stars. Located just 40 minutes away from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, we are centrally located to three fantastic public golf courses, grocery, drug stores, restaurants, video rentals, health food store and mail services are all about 1 mile or less away.
