Main floor - Features an open floor plan connecting the dining room, family room and kitchen. There is also one bedroom(King Bed), one full bath, and one 1/2 bath. As you look up from the main floor, you will find grand vaulted ceilings with exposed beams.
Upper floor - Open loft space features a home office(fax machine) and game table. Master suite(King Bed) with full bath, jetted tub, jetted shower, TV, washer and dryer. 4th bedroom(King Bed) with its own full bath and TV is also on this floor.

Security/Reservation deposits:
An initial deposit of $500.00 per reservation is due at the time of booking, paid by credit card. Final payment, including taxes is requested to be paid by check, is due 45 days prior to arrival. Credit card information will be retained until our post rental inspection is complete. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation if deposit payment dates or conditions are not met.

If a written cancellation is received 46 or more days prior to arrival, a fee equal to $25.00 per person will be withheld. If the cancellation is received 45 days or less to arrival, full payment will be withheld. Reservation CHANGES made 45 days or less are subject to cancellation fees.
