Custom requests available. Welcome to Torreon! Torreon is a gated golf community located in the White Mountains about two and a half to three hours from Tucson or Phoenix. It is a great place for family and friends! List of amenities which are an easy walk from tour home include: 36 holes of challenging championship golf amongst the pines Children’s golf course Horse Stables that offer trail rides, lessons and boarding Tennis Court with pro available in summer Basketball courts Pool with hot tub and full service bar and grill during summer hours Updated fitness center Children’s clubhouse: Fully staffed with activities and camps all summer long. Children can come unaccompanied by adult when they are 7 years of old. Activities for children younger then 7 if accompanied by caregiver. Clubhouse has video games, pool tables etc and activities such as movie and pizza night and slumber parties. Clubhouse for dining, bar and grill. The town of Show Low is about five minutes away and offers additional dining, movies, etc. Sunrise Ski resort and the Hon-dah Casino is about 45 minutes away. The home is a spacious three bedroom, two bath cabin built in 2005 that sleeps seven people. It is fully furnished and equipped. Some amenities include an iPod dock, digital cable, CD/DVD player, garage, wood floors, fireplace, tongue and groove ceilings, and a full washer and dryer, pots and pans, bakeware, coffee maker, ice maker, dishwasher, wine glasses + corkscrew, and much more. The master bedroom has access to the rear deck, perfect for relaxing with your coffee, hot chocolate, glass of wine, oo a book! The home has two large decks and the lot does not back up to neighboring cabins for privacy. Golf course views. Pets may be considered.
