Notes on the apartment: spacious 130 square meters (1,400 square feet) in a quiet 10th floor with great city views; completely air conditioned, classically furnished (Century and Thomasville), nicely decorated and ready to host you. Two bedrooms with bedding included: master bedroom with queen size bed, walk-in closet and a safe; second bedroom with two twin size beds (the unit has a third small-size room with one single-size bed; no A/C in this room but does include a full bathroom - this bedroom used to be the maid's quarters). Full operating kitchen with tableware included. Laundry area with washer and dryer machines. Three complete bathrooms. Den well equipped with LCD TV, cable TV, DVD, VCR, Bose CD player; the unit has a modest eclectic selection of music CD's and a small video library; lap-top computer with high speed wireless internet access. Telephone line for local calls free of charge; pre pay cell phone at your disposal during your stay free of charge.

Notes on the apartment building: 26-storey building and seven years since constructed; 24-hour security; surveillance cameras; air conditioned lobby; one swimming pool for adults and one for kids; sauna; well appointed gym; high speed wireless internet access and cable TV in the social and gym areas; parking lots for visitors.

Notes on the neighborhood: Obarrio is one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in town that conforms the banking district and the heart of Panama City. The unit is centrally and conveniently located:
* Supermarket and grocery stores: 250 meters (820 feet)
* Two of the biggest pharmacies in town: 100 meters (320 feet)
* Finest jewelers in town: 150 meters (490 feet)
* Casino: 50 meters (160 feet)

Why the Owner Chose Panama City

We used to live in this property. In fact, this was our first property when we got married. When we had our first baby, my wife thought that we needed more space, so we moved out and left the apartment in the same way we used to have it.

The Unique Benefits at this Condominium

In Panama, don't risk to book properties where:

1. The owner does not live in Panama. This is very important because most of the local property managers do not pay attention to additional needs or complaints a guest might have while in the property. They lack of customer service philosophy.

2. Near construction sites. Surprisingly, Panama is experiencing a real estate boom and you will see a lot of new highrises being constructed. This is good for Panamanian economy but not that good for vacation renters.

3. New properties that nobody have lived for a long period of time. Most of the problems or defects that a new property have are noticed or become noticeable during the first two years after being delivered. While this is something the owner is not responsible for, you might find yourself not enjoying your vacations in these type of properties.

4. Far from downtown. Not because of security issues but because you will hardly find anything to do or see after 5 P.M. or because you will hardly find something to do, eat or shop within walking distance.

I am an actuary and work for a local insurance company. I am from Mexico and my wife is Panamanian.
My wife and I have other vacation rentals in Panama City as a side business. We like to know new people and over the past years we have found that this is the best way to meet interesting people with whom eventually have established toghether business relationships in Panama. We enjoy doing this.

    • We stayed for one week and really enjoyed the facility and the amentities. There were alot of things to keep you busy and entertained in the area, through out the night also - casinos, resturants, bars, shopping and rent a car places(if needed). We really loved this area for vacation. KIDS COMMENTS: The place is open to many places, such as Piex Piex and Via Espania. I liked the playground, it was very fun. The pool was a blast of fun, also. The gym was A BLAST OF FUN YET.

    • We were very pleased with our stay in Panama City. Eric's apartment was beautiful and right in the downtown area where we were able to walk to everything, even a grocery store. This was very handy for us and also enjoyed several restaurants in the area. There is also a lovely swimming pool that was great after our walks. Eric was so much help to us, getting a driver for us and telling us who to talk to about tours. We are looking forward to coming back to Panama again, and when we do, we will defiantly call Eric!

    • There are 22 previous reviews that pretty much cover everything. Spacious apartment, tastefully decorated, centrally located...what more could you ask for. And Eric, our host, made it all so very easy - to arranging for our pick up and return to the airport, to providing assistance and suggestions prior to our arrival.     • My Husband, my sister and I stayed in the Primavera Condo this past January. The apartment is in the heart of Panama City, and provides easy access to everything. Within walking distance, you have Via Argentina which has plenty of restaurants and night life. In addition, it is located very close to El Rey supermarket as well as several pharmacies. The apartment is well decorated, very clean, well maintained and very comfortable. From the moment we opened the door we felt right at home. The owner, Eric, was extremely nice and very helpful. This is not the first time we stayed in Panama; of all the places we have stayed at, this was definitely the best. We are planning to go back to Panama City and hope to be back at the apartment soon.     • We thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay in the apartment. The location is excellent; the furnishings are tasteful; the entertainment and Internet facilities are outstanding; and the landlord, Eric, is a gracious gentleman who is only a telephone call away to provide assistance if and when needed. This apartment is ideal for exploring Panama City and its environs. The surrounding neighborhoods are filled with many fine, moderately priced restaurants, and there are a variety of stores and businesses nearby offering a wide range of products to visitors. The apartment's location coupled with Eric's engaging personality and hospitality results in our strong endorsement for using it for a short or long-term rental in Panama City.     • My husband, daughter and son-in-law travelled together from Canada to Panama for me to have a total hip replacement. Since there were 4 of us a condo seemed to make more sense than a hotel and would allow us each to have some space while I recovered. It turned out to be a wise choice. Luck alone brought me into contact with Eric and he was quick to respond and answer any questions we had. The condo was in a lovely location and the area was close enough to stores to pick up groceries or take out food from nearby restaurants. The rooms are very large and the decor lovely. We felt right at home. Eric went out of his way to be helpful and called on a regular basis to see if we needed anything and to inquire about my surgery. He is fluent in both speaking and writing in English which is very helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend this condo to anyone whether for holidays or medical reasons. The Fullers

    • our family staying in this property for the whole month of December 2008. we were very, very pleased the the accomadations and our host erick. the apartment was centrally located to every place we wanted to visit. also the views of Panama city from our apartment or the social area of the apartment are spectacular. our host erick was every attentive to our needs and questions and was a great resourse. we are looking forward to a future stay in Panama at this location.

    • Eric was a pleasure to work with--went out of his way to accommodate us. The apartment is spacious, well furnished and very well maintained. Location is great--in easy walking distance of many restaurants, pharmacy, grocery, etc. AND on a quiet street, which in PC is a big plus.
