One block to Basalt’s fine restaurants and shopping. 17 Miles to the World Class Skiing Resorts of Aspen/Snowmass. Amenities include feather beds, luxurious linens, cable TV and DVD players in every room, wireless internet, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, 17 foot stone fireplace, riverside hot tub, TV room, hammocks and lounge furniture on the riverside deck. Relax to the soothing sounds of the river from your room or balcony.
This is a one-of-a-kind property located just one block from the charming town of Basalt which is located at the confluence of the Roaring Fork River and the Frying Pan River. This is a fly fisherman's paradise in the summer and a skier's cozy retreat in the winter.
The Lodge consists of 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms all with amazing views of the river. The River Room is our master suite with a balcony over the Frying Pan River, king bed, sitting area and private bath. The Meadow Room also features a balcony overlooking the river along with a queen bed and double vanity bathroom. The Canyon Room has a balcony, queen bed and private bathroom. The Orchard Room has a king bed and private bath. The Garden Room is located on the main level and consists of 2 queen beds and a futon couch that folds out to a full bed. This room has an exterior door that open onto the deck and lawn area next to the river. All rooms have been luxuriously appointed and have all the amenities you could desire including personal thermostats in each room. The Lodge also has a large living area and dining area that are joined by a 17 foot stone fireplace. There is a TV room off of the living room with movies and music. The kitchen features granite and marble counters, stainless appliances, a gourmet gas stove and has sliding glass doors that open up to the back deck and river.
The Lodge is a 5 bedroom house but can be rented for smaller groups too. If you only require 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms - let us know and we can customize our nightly rates for any size group. We also host weddings, receptions, reunions and events - please inquire for details. This is the perfect place for large groups to come together under the same roof with lots of space for people to spread out.
