My stay was everything I'd hoped for and more. The view was gorgeous, the condo was very well kept and supplied with all you needed for a relaxing stay. Access to the beach is very easy. I think EBTC has the nicest section of waterfront directly adjacent to the property. If you choose not to have a car you could get to restaurants, CVS, clothes shopping, P.O., boat rental, movie theater and trolley within a short walk. The trolley will get you to Publix and many other attractions for $1 roundtrip. The owner was very pleasant and easily contacted for questions. All in all a wonderful vacation.

We had a great time in this condo at the Estero Beach & Tennis Club. The unit was clean, well stocked and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable; the ability to adjust the hardness of the bed was a treat. The view of the Gulf and the proximity to the beach was wonderful. This is one of the best beaches we have ever been on. The owners were very helpful in answering all our questions promptly. We would recommend the Estero Beach & Tennis Club to friends and relatives. There are several restaurants (loved "The FishHouse"), boutique shops and a golf course within walking distance and a movie theatre (which has sitdown dining) less than a mile down the road.

Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My husband and I just returned from this beautiful condo after a glorious week of sunshine. We LOVED the condo and it's because of the reviews that we chose this one. All the reviews you read on this condo are right on target. The condo is beautiful and a very home like atmosphere. The location is ideal with the beach at our back door. The bed, I must say, is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. (I'm ready to buy a new one now! LOL) This is the first vacation we bought groceries and cooked in and all our cooking utensils were right on hand. We rented a moped for 2 with a basket to go to Publix grocery and purchased king crab legs, lobster tails and steaks at extremely reasonable prices. There is also a trolley with very friendly drivers that are very helpful. The person who we could find at any time of day when he is working is Dan who was exceptionally helpful with all information we could ask for. He is an asset to the Beach and Tennis Club Condo's! The owner, Wayne, was very helpful in walking me through the steps to rent the condo since this is our first vrbo that we've done. Wayne, you and your wife have done a wonderful job decorating and furnishing the condo. Thank you so much for a glorious week!

Wayne and Elise, Thank you so much for the rental and use of your condo at Estero Beach and Tennis Club. We couldn't have been more pleased, as the add stated the condo was/is very well equipped with everything needed. The security guard, other guest and Wayne/Elise were very friendly and helpful. The view of the beach and Sanibel Island were spectacular. I would also like to add that I thoroughly enjoyed the decor of the condo though out. Over all a great experience!!

Owner response: The Association has gone to great lengths to make sure the property is secure. Whitestone Security provides security on the property seven days a week and eight hours daily. The security officers are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They are also trained in CPR, the use of the defibrillator, located on the property, and First-Responder First Aid. To round-out the security on the property, 31 high definition low-light cameras are used for surveillance, and the entire system is monitored 24 hours a day

Nice, clean, fully equipped condo - had everything we needed. We especially loved the location (quiet south end of the island). Everything was as described. Depending on the tide, the beach in front of the condo was not always accessible; however, it was a short walk to the big beach in front of the Holiday Inn. We appreciated that the condo was equipped with comfortable beach chairs, beach towels and a small cooler. We used these items daily. Third floor was a perfect location – beautiful beach views from every window! This was the first time we vacationed in a rented condo - we usually stay in a hotel room. Not anymore! We would absolutely come here again and we would not hesitate to recommend this condo to others. Wayne was really helpful from the very beginning.

All you need is swimsuit & food couldn't ask for anything better. I mean there is enough cooking pans,pots & dishes than needed. Clean as a whistle! Great view of gulf from balcony. Hoping to return soon. Thanks Wayne for everything.

When we arrived, it was a smooth process to check in. The condo was clean and had a great view of the ocean. Being there in May the beach was very secluded. Loved all the wildlife at all times of the day. Definitely would come back.

This condo has everything described in the listing description. You truly don't need to bring anything but your your clothes and groceries. The location at the south end of the island is away from the crowds at the north end. The Santini Plaze provides restaurants, shopping, Post office, book store, hardware, a marina for boat rentals and cruises and a vegetable stand for veggies and fresh juices. The trolley system runs from the bridge at the north to Lovers key to the south. We have stayed at the Beach and Tennis complex for many years. This condo is, by far, the best. We whole heartedly recommend it. Thanks Wayne and Elise for creating a slice of heaven on earth.

We so enjoyed our week in this great condo that has all the conveniences of home - wifi, really nice workable kitchen, comfy bed and clean, plus more. The sunsets are the best, along with the beach that is on the quiet end of the island. We have stayed at Estero Beach & Tennis Club before but the condo did not have a kitchen, bath or bed that was as nice as this one - we highly recommend this unit, you won't be disappointed.

Our 3rd visit to this condo, and booked for 2012 already! Lots of recent updates to the unit and the grounds. Wayne was available for questions, very helpful. Merlo's restaurant north end of Estero is very good. The FMB sunsets never get old!

Our second stay at this Condo, again excellent accomodations, kithchen, bedroom, TV all perfect. Great view from the balcony. Real nice beach chairs that we used daily also.

My husband and I stayed here the first week of May 2011 and thoroughly enjoyed this condo. You can see the water from all the windows - including the bedroom. It's very open - we loved it. The deck is a great size. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was also nice. It was decorated very nicely and was a pleasure to come home to at the end of our day. The pool was also great - just a few steps away. The beach chairs provided were very comfortable. Everything was there that you would need for the beach. My husband enjoyed the golf course that's basically across the street. It's a great place to stay - I'm sure we'll be back. We would defintely recommend this condo.

We stayed the first week of April and had a great time! This condo has all of the comforts and amenities of home. We did not rent a car and found plenty to do around the area. Be sure to head across the street to the marina and try their grouper sandwiches and tacos. The dolphin tour was fun, too! Beautiful sunsets and we made sure we were back on the balcony for each one! Wayne was readily available when I had questions and very helpful. This is a couple that ensures you are going to get the most out of your vacation. Fast am Ende der Beach-Siedlung, im ruhigeren Teil von Fort Myers Beach, fanden wir das entsprechende Haus. Mit den perfekten Angaben des Vermieters kamen wir sehr schnell zurecht. Die Eingangstür ließ sich nur mit dem angegebenen Code öffnen und die Appatementtür war ebenfalls mit einem Code gesichert. Alle Vermieterangaben entsprachen exakt der Wahrheit. Wichtig zu wissen, eigentlich kann man zu jeder Uhrzeit anreisen, durch die Codeeingaben kommt man, auch ohne fremde Hilfe zurecht. Wenn man die Tür des Appartements öffnet, wird man sofort äußerst angenehm überrascht: Vom Balkon kann man das nahegelegene Meer sehen, eine kleine, grüne, vorgelagerte Lagune erfreut den Blick zusätzlich. Eigentlich wie im Paradies! Im Appartement ist alles, wie vorher beschrieben, vorhanden. Sämtliche, nur denkbare elektronische Geräte sind anschlußbereit vorhanden. Nicht unerwähnt kann der wunderbar, große LCD-Fernsehapparat bleiben, der eigentlich im ganzen Appartement zu sehen ist. Man sieht, das Appartement ist nicht nur von einer Gesellschaft zur Vermietung bereitgestellt, sondern von einem privaten Vermieter liebevoll hergerichtet und entsprechend dekoriert. Alles ist im Überfluss vorhanden, in der Küche fehlt nichts (alle Geräte, Flaschenöffner, Dosenkühler, Salatsieb, kaffeefilter, massenweise Verlängerungskabel, Fernglas, Hurrican-Notlampe/Notradio, Teelichter, unendlich viele Handtücher, Wasserspielzeug für Kinder und Strandstühle, usw. und so fort). Eine Spülmaschine, ein rießiger Kühl/Gefrierschrank und ein perfekt funktionierender Elektroherd mit Microwelle und Dunstabzugshaube sind vorhanden. Alles sehr sauber.Internet kein Problem, WLAN und LAN ging nach Eingabe des Codes sofort und lief während des Aufenthalts einwandfrei (kostenlos). Auch die amerikanischen Telefonanrufe klappten auf Anhieb, kostenlos vom Appartement. Das Appartement ist für 2 Personen ideal, notfall könnten auch noch 2 Kinder mit übernachten, im äußersten Notfall wären auch 3 erwachsene Personen denkbar, wobei die 3. Person auf einem ausklappbaren, jedoch recht bequemen Sofa schlafen könnte. Im Basement des Hauses waren öffentliche Waschmaschinen/Trockner.Der Pool ist gross mit vielen Liegen und eine rießen große Grasfläche. Alles in allem haben wir unsere Auswahl als sehr gut bezeichnet und man kann das Appartement ohne Zweifel für andere Urlauber weiter empfehlen.

Owner response: Here is the translation: The condo is located at the quiet end of the beach. The description was very precise so we easily found the entrance as well as the condo. Everything is secured with entry codes. After we entered the door of the condo we were pleasantly surprised: we could see the beach and the lagoon from the balcony – almost like in paradise. Everything was as described and the condo is fully equipped with huge flat screen TV, binoculars, cooler, umbrellas, toaster, can opener, coffee filter, cleaning equipment, candles, towels, toys for the beach ,etc. You immediately realize, the condo was not just provided by an association but owned by someone who takes great care of it. Also available: dishwasher, huge fridge and freezer, stove and microwave – everything was extremely clean. Internet worked great (included). Also, local phone calls were included. Ocean is about 80 meters away and high of the balcony (3rd floor) was just right. The condo works perfect for 2 adults but as there is a couch you could also take 2 children. Washer and Dryer are available downstairs and are affordable. We enjoyed the pool which was empty when we were there. There are plenty of beach chairs, surrounded by a gigantic beautiful grass area. We would definitely come here again and we would not hesitate to recommend this place. Thank you for your review.

This condo has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Just read the description and you can rest assured that it is as represented and more. The location is convenient for a day trip to Sanibel & Captiva. There are other beaches such as Barefoot Beach and Lovers Key to explore but the beach a few steps from your door has it all. We really enjoyed listening to the waves at night. It was a little piece of paradise for us.

Our stay at your Estero beach and tennis club was wonderful.Your unit had everything any traveler could ask for from sufficent towels to beach chairs to every pot and pan anyone might use. The king bed was as comfortable as my bed at home.We loved the view from the balcolny where we spent many of our evenings.I fished the surf right out in front and caught some big fish.Our compliments to the decorator of your unit. As Arnold would say I'll be back.It was also very nice to receive my deposit returned promptly. Thanks Ray

I have seen many parts of coastal Florida. I must say this was by far the best. It was very pristine and natural with a good bit of wildlife and "cute critters". Absolutely wonderful sunsets. The condo was conveniently located, had every ammenity one could think of, clean and very nice, and comfortable. The arrangements were handled very well. I definately would like to return there soon someday.

The condominium is as pictured on the website. A very comfortable condominium with every amenity. All the rental details were handled very efficiently. I especially liked having the keys mailed to me in the returnable mailer. This was convenient since our flight arrived in the evening. Traveling abroad now is a risk. We felt safe in your condominium and will return again.

Thank you for a wonderful place to stay! The condo was clean and tastefully decorated (brand new). The view of the gulf from the condo is as shown on the website. My wife and I, enjoyed the sunsets from the Lanai every evening. With the gulf front view and golf course across the street - this is a vacation paradise. We will be back!
