This is an opportunity to enjoy a first-rate holiday without the need for a car because in addition to Menton's own charm, the local bus and rail facilities are readily available and Monte Carlo is just ten minutes by rail.
This newly refurbished and newly furnished 800 sq ft property is accessed by lift to the fifth floor and has two twin bedrooms, two shower rooms each with toilet, and a living room with kitchen/dining area. The seating area has access to a small balcony overlooking the Mediterranean. The mountains to the rear of the property can be seen from the bedroom windows.
The minimum let is one week with additional days on a pro-rata basis and start/finish day is fully flexible (except no Sundays) to assist with cost and travel arrangements.
