Our beautiful five bedroom, four bath, smoke-free executive villa is located in the highly sought-after Indian Creek subdivision approximately three and a half miles from Disney's attractions and golf courses and one mile from many shops and restaurants on Highway 192. It is 25 minutes from Orlando Airport, 15 minutes to Sea World, and 20 minutes to Universal Studios.

The two en-suites (one king and one queen) open to the pool area and have luxurious pillow-top beds. A third Queen-size bedroom features a pillow-top bed and adjoining bath. All three bdrms have color TVs and DVD players. Our remaining 2 bedrooms each contain two twin beds, color TVs, the Playstation 2, VCR and component stereo system. We have a full-size portable crib with quality mattress & bedding set, as well as a highchair, at no additional charge. Hairdryers in all baths - two in double-vanity master bath. Plush linens throughout. Ceiling fans and lighting throughout our home are remote controlled.

Our 42 inch high-definition plasma TV with Digital Video Recorder and high-definition cable programming gives you many options to keep up with your favorite teams! DVD player with several DVDs and CDs for your entertainment. Free long distance calling anywhere in the United States and Canada is included and our high-speed broadband internet, computer, and color printer/copier/scanner allows you to keep in touch with anyone, anywhere! We also offer WiFi so bring your laptop!

Extra seating in the well-equipped kitchen area offers a sunny spot to relax over your morning cuppa and favorite paper! Separate dining area seats 10 for brunch or more formal dining. Foosball, air-hockey, and electronic dartboard provide additional entertainment in the Games Room.

Our 30 ft x 20 ft custom south-facing pool/spa and oversized screened-in pool deck with custom multi-positional pool furniture provide a sunny and spacious area for you and your guests to enjoy swimming, sunning and dining al-fresco. Plush pool towels for up to ten people are provided. Our stainless steel 4-burner gas BBQ is available at no additional charge. All doors accessing pool area are equipped with alarms.

If Disney isn't your destination, shopping at the Outlets, Kissimmee Loop and the Florida Mall are all minutes away. March is Spring Training and Kissimmee is summer camp for the Houston Astros and the Atlanta Braves. The Cleveland Indians are .5 hour away in Winter Haven and the Detroit Tigers are 45 min. away in Lakeland. Catch many of the PGA and LPGA tournaments during the "Florida Swing". The Daytona 500 is an easy drive (1+ hours) away (catch the time trials at the track and enjoy race day on our high-def plasma TV!!), as is Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach.

  • 02/07/09 - 02/14/09 The house was an easy flow for three families and with the gorgeous weather, the pool was used everyday. The house is located conviently to the parks which made it an easy drive. We have rented several homes in Florida and this was the best maintained property and well stocked of pots/pans, dishes, etc. If we get back in the area, we will definitely come back to this house and recommend this house to our friends who want to stay in the area.   • We spend a week here (5/24-5/31/2008) and absolutely loved the house. It had everything that we needed and more. It is well stocked and maintained with all of the amenities you could want. The pool and jacuzzi were wonderful, especially after a long day at the park. The beds were absolutely the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. Thank you Gwen for helping make this vacation a truly memorial one. You were a pleasure to work with and I will definitely recommend this house to my family and friends.

  • Wow! We've visited Orlando/Disney a number of times in the past ten years and this was the best house we've rented. It really felt like a home, not a rental. A real pool, a big hot tub, even a yard! If you've rented in Kissimmee before, you know that is rare. The next time we head to the area, this is my first call. No question.

  • Amazing house and very communicative owners! We've rented houses at the beach before but never Orlando and were pleasantly surprised. We will definitely stay in this house again and would recommend to friends and family. Much better than any beach house we've seen. Very comfortable after a long day at Disney World (extremely short drive to Disney without having to get on interstate). The pool/hottub are wonderful and the fenced yard is a plus with kids. The house is beautifully decorated and the kitchen has everything you'll need.

  • I had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful home from Jan 22 - Feb 22,2008. It was perfect. The beds were heavenly, the kitchen a chef's delight,the t.v,pvr and computer an unexpected pleasure. We spent many evenings watching the sunsets and having dinner on the lanai. I have travelled the world and this house lacked nothing. Gwen was a dear to work with and always replied promptly to my emails.Thank you Gwen for letting me stay in your beautiful home Linda

  • I stayed at this property back in May and the very least I can say is WOW! It was my first time staying in a vacation home and I'll never go back to a hotel if I can help it. I go up to Orlando every couple years with family and friends and dealing with hotels and multiple people gets expensive. I've finally found a better alternative that affords luxury and privacy. If you do the math per room, per night, per pesron or however you can figure it, it's about 5 times cheaper than a hotel. Plus you get alot more. You really can't beat having you own room. This place has all you'll need. Loaded with towels, linens and everything you can think of in the kitchen. It's only a couple minute drive from a grocery store and places to eat like Outback other popular restaurants but we loved the place so much we ended up grilling out by the pool almost every night w/ the awesome grill they have there. Game room, Plasma TV, Computer and High Speed Internet, Hot Tub for soaking in after long days at the park, quiet neighbrhood. This huge house had it all! Spacious and comfotorable. Even the beds were great. It's also one of the closest places to stay that's near Disney. I know where I'll be going back to next time I'm in Orlando.

  • We stayed at this home the last week of September. The house and pool were great. Lots of space, clean, comfortable, quiet, close to Disney Parks. Computer & internet access a plus. Would definitely recommend and stay here again on any future Disney trips.

  • We really enjoyed our stay here. This was the first time we stayed in a rental home and it surpassed our expections. There was plenty of room to spread out and lots of things to do from the pool to the game room to internet access, etc. We would recommend this to all our friends and family.
