  Everything was in tip top condition and immaculate. It is in a great location. It furnished so nicely with comfortable furniture and special added touches that makes the condo very homey and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for all our cooking and eating needs. The condo layout is great for couples and families. The condo was in tip top condition and immaculate. The owners were very accommodating and quick to answer any questions. Ole Miss campus is beautiful and be sure to check out William Faulkner's home. All in all a great place to stay.

  Wonderful condo to rent in Oxford, MS. The owners were easy to work with -- highly recommend for your stays in Oxford. The condo is nicely furnished, clean, quiet and very comfortable. We had everything we needed - very convenient! Loved it! The photos were very accurate, but actually did not give the accommodations justice. When in Oxford, I would recommend Lenora's for dinner -- best filet in town, maybe in the state! Also, if you need a realtor, talk to Deck Fair...we are now proud owners of our own condo in Oxford, MS.

  Great location, super clean, great for a group, linens, all kitchen utensils, china and appliances first class. Nice view, too. We'll be back.

  This is the perfect spot to travel to for a football weekend. It slept 6 very comfortably. Quiet, convenient to everything--the Grove, stadium, Square. Very clean and secure. We're planning on a return visit in 2014.

  We stayed at this condo for an Ole Miss football weekend. We will definitely stay here again if available. This is a good location convenient to campus and the Square. The condo is updated and nicely decorated, clean and well supplied with whatever you need to enjoy your stay. Although it was just my husband and me, the floor plan is laid out nicely for two couples with plenty of room.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway.

  Our family stayed in this property for the Ole Miss 2012 graduation weekend and we loved it! The owners were easy to work with and very prompt in replying to our questions. It was convenient, spacious and very nicely decorated. The unit was clean and had plenty of towels and very comfortable beds. Instead of spending a lot of time waiting for tables at restaurants, we were able to cook a great meal here and have more time with our family. It was better than any hotel that we have ever stayed in while visiting Oxford. We will definitely try to stay here again the next time we come to Ole Miss!

  Very nice, and extremely clean condo. The towels, sheets and bedding were a very good quality. We would definately stay here again. We left some things in the closet, and the owner made arrangements for my son to pick them up. Quick drive to the grove.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers.

  My family stayed in this condo for 3 nights while moving our daughter into her freshman dorm at Ole Miss. The complex is conveniently located to campus, but is a quiet neighborhood (...about the only area we didn't encounter traffic on that busy weekend). The condo had comfortable bedding, a well stocked kitchen and was pleasantly decorated. Owner was very good to work with, too. I hope to stay there again on future visits.
