  Lovely and cozy beach home with truly amazing view through panorama windows, and easy access to the beach. House was clean, owners were gracious. One of our best beach house experiences. We will be back for sure, it has gone to the top of our list for beach rentals.

  The view was exactly what we had hoped for. Being four sisters and husbands, the four bedrooms worked well for us, although the beds are very soft. We also appreciated the 3 1/2 bathrooms. The dining table was a little on the small side for eight to sit at Though. The house is older but clean and didn't have any offensive odors. We enjoyed using the deck on the Oceanside of the house. It was beautiful! I think though that their rules of you needing to wash the towels before you leave is unreasonable. It means getting up extra early to get that done before you have to be out of the house. We have rented lots of homes before and never have had to wash the towels. Take your own towels if you want to avoid this!

It does take 3 hours for our cleaning service to wash sheets and remake all 4 beds while cleaning the full house. Our cleaning charge has been discounted by giving our guests the choice to wash their own towels or for an additional charge they will launder them for you.   We are a group of five sisters and an adult niece that just don't get together often enough. We thought it would be nice to pick a place that that would give a special weekend to reconnect and have some fun. We were not disappointed!! The house was very cozy and inviting, large enough so that we could spread out and of course we never got tired of the incredible views. The owner was amazing to work with. We will definitely recommend this home to others and keep it on our short list of places to stay again!!! Twelve thumbs up!

  We had a very nice time at this beach front home. The views are the best in Oregon coast I have seen. Home was clean ! Thee views are so great from inside the house and deck you don't even have to go down to the beach to experience the ocean, but you should, because the walk to the end of the beach by the rock has many tide pools and is beautiful, filled with so much sea life. Really a joy. We will be back.

  This vacation was one of the most memorable experiences! The home and the views make you literally feel like you are on a ship on the ocean while you look out all the windows. The surf is so close. The home was clean, well maintained and very comfortable. The beach is very accessible and we enjoyed ourselves very much and made so many memories Definitely coming back!

  The description of the property was absolutely right with the amazing 180 degree view. The entire family was able to spread out and really have a great time without being on top of each other. The access to the beach was easy and the beach itself was awsome. The kitchen/s were all we needed. The beds were comfortable. The upper deck is amazing to watch the world go by. Easy, close access to groceries, restaurants, and shopping. The owners were great to work with and very prompt in answering questions. Thanks. We hope to return soon.

  This home is absolutely the best! We have stayed here twice and both times found everything perfect! It was sparkling clean, very comfortable, and, of course the view is spectacular! We were there during the huge storm that hit Oregon on November 19, 2012, and the house held firm. We felt safe and cozy watching the wild waves and heavy rain. We recommend this home if you want a quiet, clean, safe, and comfortable stay at the coast. This owner was most accommodating and gracious. No problems. We loved it!

  On the positive side we would like to say that the views are incredible from living room and kitchen on main floor. They are also nice from the king bedroom and family area in the lower area. No views from other bedrooms. Nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom. About 4 houses walk to location to go down to the beach. On the other hand, the house needs to be thoroughly cleaned. We rented the home for a week and did not stay the first night as we needed to clean it before we would sleep or shower there. After one full day of cleaning it ourselves and numerous calls to the owner, who was not interested in listening at first, we then stayed. We washed all linens we would use before hand and bought our own pillows as the ones there were ridiculous. We vacumned all furniture we would use and washed all kitchen supplies we would use. The owner stated that she has not been there for to ensure people do clean, including the person she is paying. What a shame as it is going down hill quickly. Again, the views are lovely and the owner did give us an extra night after all the calls and emails we did with her. We will remember the wonderful time at the beach and elsewhere, not our sadness at renting a place we had to clean before staying there. Other reviewers stated how nice it was. I guess our expectations for staying at a place that is as clean as a nice motel, are different than others. There are lots of places to rent at Lincoln City. I would recommend looking elsewhere unless you wish to clean first as we don't see it improving based on the owner not being around to check on it. The nice thing is we left it cleaner than it was for the next renters.

  Owner response: Upon arriving at our home once these elderly ladies departed I found dishes broken coffee pot broken. They had left our home in very poor condition. I had given these ladies a very generous discount and also additional days stay free if charge. It saddens me they took advantage if my generosity and in return posted this negative review. Possibly for fear of not receiving their damage deposit back Our cleaning service is very competent comes highly recommended and cleans other homes nearby. I have never received a complaint and have many repeat guests I personally had checked our home prior to their arrival making sure our home was clean and ready for their arrival. I called them and they were happy and pleased with our home Even though I had to purchase replacements and pay our service for extra cleaning after these ladies left I returned their full damage deposit Again, I am saddened and at a loss as to why they would post this review Jean ebeling

  Our end of September Girls Beach Getaway had the added bonus of clear skies and a full moon setting over the ocean every early morning--a very beautiful sight from the many windows in this very comfortable 2 level home. There was abundant space for splitting up in small craft groups or coming together as our full group and an ocean view in all the gathering spots! The house allows 8 adults and maximum capacity is 10 if 2 are children. Parking was very easy and is limited by Lincoln City to 3 cars even though more would fit but the Casino is a secure overflow parking location. Cleaning fee was $90 and thorough kitchen cleaning is still required by guests as is laundering all towels. Next time we will bring our own towels to not have to wait for towels to dry the last hour. Would be helpful to be able to leave on the final day at checkout with the dishwasher already clean but in need of unloading by housekeeping too as part of the cleaning fee. Those were the only suggested improvements I heard from the group but also contributing factors I'm sure to the cleanliness and well-maintained home. Mainly I heard ravings about the beauty, comfort, and how lucky we were to experience the moon like that!! I really enjoyed the genuine-ness of the owner and immediate responses to all of my novice inquiries--this was my first VRBO direct experience. Next time we would stay longer--at least 3 nights--it was absolutely beautiful!!! We were all smitten with the view and comfort---it really felt like home away from home with the bonus of spectacular scenery!!! We also took advantage of the close proximity to the outlet mall and shops as well as a drive and hike to the Drift Creek Falls Suspension Bridge. I have already been recommending this home to others! Thank you for opening up your home for others to enjoy!! We enjoyed it immensely!!!!

  Everything listed was there and the pictures were accurate. The owner was very helpful when we had to call to figure out how to unlock the front door. :) I would highly recommend this beautiful home.
