This very private and safe small complex is located on one of the world's most beautiful bays, and our house has the most unencumbered view of it all. Just steps away from Acapulco's best restaurants, shopping and night life on the Costera, it is nestled in the quiet residential Caleta Peninsula, minutes away from the famous divers of La Quebrada cliff.
The spacious living area opens onto a breathtaking view of the Pacific Ocean and the Roqueta Island Nature Reserve. On the opposite side, the dining area opens on the large outdoor swimming pool, creating pleasant cross ventilation keeping the villa constantly cool.
The villa has marble floors throughout with elegant white sofas and colorful designed cushions, locally crafted iron work chairs and tables, and international art work on the walls. The three bedrooms offer beautiful water views, bougainvillea falling from all windows and balconies. They have air-conditioning and ceiling fans. You can enjoy gorgeous sunsets on the Pacific while relaxing in the private spa of the en-suite master bedroom.
The highlight of the villa may be its private roof garden with its 270 degree panoramic view on the Pacific Ocean, the Roqueta Island and Acapulco bay. The roof garden offers large covered and uncovered outdoor living areas, over flowing with lush flowers and exotic plants, with its own bar to sip cocktails at sunset or any other time of the day!
The location of the house is good for those who want to enjoy the entertainment of the city and will also please those who may prefer a more secluded environment and a real Mexican flavor to their home-living experience. The staff is extremely pleasant and trustworthy; they will tell you about the old markets, the Zocalo festivities and the sandy beaches, all 10 minutes drive from the house.
You are a ten minute walk from Caleta Beach and a five minute walk from the famous hotel Los Flamingos started by Johnny Weissmuller and other Hollywood stars in the late Fifties.
