  Love this place. Great view of the ocean, you can watch the whales from the living room. Just a short walk to our favorite beach, Kapalua Bay, and you are even closer to Oneola Beach. The condo is terrific, furnished with all you need. Nice and quiet, it is away from the main road. The owner is great to work with and a special shout-out to Maria who was quick to help us when we had a small issue with getting in. We would certainly stay there again and would not hesitate to recommend to our friends and family. Easily the best value in Kapalua, I am hesitant to give too good of review because I want to be able to stay there again and don't want all the dates to fill!

  My new husband and I spent 10 days in Maui for our honeymoon and this condo was the perfect home-base for a trip full of fun, adventure and much needed relaxation. The condo had everything we needed from a well stocked kitchen, to beach chair, coolers and boogie boards for our outings. I enjoyed watching the sunrise and the sound of the ocean each morning over coffee, and my honey loved being able to relax on the back patio with a beer after a day of golf or snorkeling. We loved the walking trails and nearby beaches too! Don't miss Sensi Sushi, Pineapple Grill and the Kapalua Spa, all w/in walking distance. The only reason it was 4/5 stars was that the bathroom is probably ready for an update... totally functional, nice and big, but could use a modern makeover. We would certainly return, this condo was an amazing value, very comfortable, clean, private, quiet... perfect!

  This condo provides everything you could hope for! It is a private oasis, away from the crowds, yet a short walk to great beaches, including Kapalua Bay which is our favorite beach with excellent snorkeling. It is very close to some great restaurants in Kapalua (Sansei, Merrimans, Pineapple Grill) and a short drive to Kaanapali and Lahaina. The condo itself is very well-appointed, with a nice full kitchen, wonderful bathroom, great lanai, and very comfortable beds. It also has all of the amenities that you could want, including such things as: boogie boards, beach chairs, rolling cooler, access to gas bbq and pool, and kitchen supplies. It truly is a great value, and we were so happy with our stay, that we just booked another stay for next Spring. I highly recommend this condo.

  We loved this place so much when we rented it in mid-November 2010, that we are heading back again this year! After running for office in Arizona in 2010, this was the perfect place to come to decompress and recover from a grueling election. It was clean, elegantly appointed, really comfortable, and the support staff was great. I had planned on heading to the beach most days, but the quiet location and beautiful views from the lanai were so fantastic, I spent two entire days just hanging out there, luxuriating in the tranquility. When we did head to Hana or on a snorkel cruise, it was great to get back to our private oasis in Kapalua. From the moment you walk in and take in the welcoming living room and the spectacular views, you too will decide this is someplace you need to go back to over and over again. My husband and I also ate most of our meals "at home" since the view was better than any restaurant, and the kitchen was such a pleasure to cook in (even the view from the kitchen is amazing). This is definitely the best combination of quality and value in a 1bd/1ba unit in Maui. I wholeheartedly recommend it for anyone looking for a romantic and refreshing get away.

  This is an awesome place. The condo was extremely clean. It is decorated extremely beautiful. The location of the condo is perfect. I would definitely stay there again. Thanks for all of the personal touches that were also included.

  Just a quick note to thank you so much for the lovely stay in your unit at Kapalua Bay Villas. We loved the condo, found everything to be clean and in order and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I loved the fact that I could pop down to Oneloa beach in 5minutes and upon arriving, I was strolling on the beach trail, went out on the lava rocks and saw several Honu(turtles) grazing away. My mom in particular truly appreciated the attention to detail that you provide and we would like to come again, probably during whale season next year as that is a perfect spot to see the maginificence of the humpbacks. Thanks again and we'll connect again soon! All the best. For others staying here, there is an excellent fresh fish market in Honokowai, just down the road as well as a Farmer's market across from the park on Mon/Wed/Fri. Honolua store in walking distance is a nice stop after your morning walk to the top of Pineapple Hill! Great food,pastries and other goodies with wonderful staff and a true "ohana" feeling.

  We love this condo! We have stayed here 3 times. It's perfect for our family of 4 but would be just as enjoyable for a couple. It's tastefully decorated. You truly feel at home in this spot - all the comforts of home except you're looking right out to the Pacific! The location is wonderful. Dinners out on the lanai are the best. I love the run down and across the boardwalk each morning right next to the ocean. There are tennis courts and pools within walking distance. There's a great spa that opened recently that is right across from the condos. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing, no hassles AMAZING place to stay. Suezan is great to work with and makes it easy.

  Wow! What a beautiful place! This was our first trip to Hawaii, and we will definitely be back. We did a 6 night stay over the holidays (2 adults and 2 teenage boys), and absolutely loved it. The condo and setting was perfect for what we like. You get that secluded, not crowded feel, even though you are really close to some large properties (the Ritz). The beach was absolutely perfect - not crowded at all compared to some of the other beaches we saw. We sat on the porch, I mean lanai, on multiple occasions and watched the whales work the surface about a quarter mile off the beach. The condo is beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly appointed. We travelled all over the island and beyond and it was always very easy to "come back home" at the end of each day. Suezan was great in getting us all set up. Everything went perfect on arrival and during the stay. Like I said, we will definitely be back to Maui, and we would definitely pick this condo again!

  My family have been to Maui and Kauai many times, but this trip ended up being the best ever, and a large part of that was as a result of renting this Villa. My only previous experience with Kapalua in the past was to drive through for the excellent snorkeling bays and eating at the incredible restaurants, but I had no idea when we booked it, that everything was within walking distance. My 3 most favorite restaurants on the island are all within walking distance (Merriman's, Pineapple Grill and Sansei), and #4 (Roy's) is about 2 miles away. By far and away the best breakfast on the island is at the Gazebo, which is also walking distance. Kapalua Bay is amazing snorkeling and one of five beaches within walking distance. (Do u see a pattern?) :) Turtle Point ALWAYS has turtles to swim with and the monster one we saw there last week is the largest I've ever seen (Yep, walking distance!). Honolua Bay is our all time favorite spot to snorkel and see huge fish and its just up the road 2 miles. Kapalua has a shuttle that will pick you up anytime at your door and take you anywhere in the area. (We used our rental car 3 times in a week.) OK, enough about the location. The actual Villa was spotless and stocked with everything you can imagine, and the owners were amazingly responsive. When the screen fell out of the track, they called someone to come fix it immediately. I picked the short straw in our family and figured my first experience on a murphy bed would be like a hotel rollaway bed. Nope, great/firm mattress and slept like a baby. Best of all, no need to make the bed, just flip up into the wall and instant living room. (If I could only figure out now, how to install one at my house!) If your goal is to meet tons of people by the pool or find a bevy of single people waiting to invite you to their place for a crazy party, this is not the place. If you're looking for available spots on five great beaches or a pool to yourself/1-2 other neighbors, then this is the place! (Oh yeah, even though we rarely used the rental car, it was nice that there was ALWAYS parking and it was just feet away from the front door.) I will be back as soon as the next airline sale hits!!

  After our long journey from Texas to Maui, arriving at your place was like finding a little spot of heaven! The area was beautiful and upon entering your lovely condo, we were treated to a vast view of the bluest blue ever as the Pacific Ocean flowed endlessly to the north. We, who had left home with no intention of cooking, found ourselves hunting a market so we could prepare some of our meals in your beautifully appointed kitchen with every high end appliance we could imagine. Combined with a view of the ocean and its continuous breezes we couldn't help ourselves--we wanted to cook! (We also found that the fresh, organic pineapple smoothies at the General Store were quickly habit forming.) Staying there for ten days was like living in our own home and garden show. From the beautiful, stylish, and well cared for furnishings to the sunken tub bathroom with separated vanity areas where more than one could get ready at a time, the three of us were delighted. We couldn't think of a thing that was not provided for us, from washer and dryer to beach paraphernalia--it was all there. And there is where we would love to return again and again!
