This 1200 - 1400 square foot two bedroom, two bath Condo has been completely re-modeled. The hardwood floors, granite countertops and new stainless appliances are gorgeous! Enjoy the gas fireplace while watching the 32 inch TV or hang out on the back deck which backs up to the national forest. Let's not forget about the hot tub! Yes, this unit has a private four person hot tub situated in a private alcove off of the kitchen.
The master bedroom has its own private bath with granite vanity, heated floor and slate shower with double showerheads. The new pillowtop mattress is a dream! The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed. Another neat feature is the common bathroom which is split in two. This can provide privacy for the second bedroom or simply be a multi-use bathroom. Another bonus: the hot water is powered by a tankless system which never runs out of hot water. The sofa in the living area also pulls out to provide sleeping for two more people.
The Winter Park shuttle bus stops six feet from the front door of the Condo. So, you can leave your car parked in the oversized one car garage.

This condo was exactly what I expected it to be from the description! The kitchen was great, and the hot tub was amazing! My favorite part was the location though. It backs right up to the national park, and we had so much fun playing in the snow behind the house! Also, the bus came right to the condo's parking lot, so we didn't have to worry about driving! Me, my husband, daughter and son in law enoyed 5 wonderful days in this condo. Lovely and peaceful location. The view from the balcony was amazing. Very clean and decorated very nicely. We would definately recommend this property!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

What a great property!! Location, furnishing and expeirence was awesome! We really enjoyed the hot tub and garage. The condo is nicely maintained and comfortable. Appliances are excellent and new. Being on the bus route was a huge bonus. The bus stops at the condo complex at 55 and 25 of the hour to take you to the village. The description and pictures of this unit are spot on. We would definetly stay here again and would recommend to family and friends.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.

My husband, myself and another couple stayed here and it was the most beautiful place I have ever been. It was close to town and to the ski resort. What was really great was the fact the bus for Winter Park came right to our front door! We are going again next year and will be booking the same place.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was clean, and comfortable for our family of 4. There are many great features like the cozy heated floors and comfortable beds as well as the nice kitchen that we utilized to it's full extent. The view of the forest from the living room is lovely. The location to town and the ski resort is also very nice. Would definately recommend this condo and would stay again in a heartbeat.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We had a great time at this condo, would recommend it to anyone! Everything was immaculate and the view of national forest behind the condo was amazing! Every detail made our stay enjoyable even to the heater floors in the bathroom, we will come back again!Recommended for: Romantic getaway.

About: Dave and Myra are both veterinarians living in Fort Collins, Colorado. We love to escape up to Winter Park in the summer for the incredible mountain biking, and in the winter for Mary Jane's famous bumps, as well as the terrific snowshoeing right out the back door.
Why Vasquez Run:
Summer in Winter Park is amazing, with fabulous weather and some of the best bike trails around. Mary Jane, while continuing to grow, still has a local feel to it, and offers great skiing challenges. Winter Park resort provides a good variety for skiers of all abilities, as well as lots of fun, family-friendly summer activities.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
You can't beat leaving your door and being right at the edge of the forest, with so many great trails to choose from.
The private hot tub and being on the bus route are also nice perks.
