We are located at the very END of the popular Shore Dr, which is located between Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing with all the Myrtle Beach amenities just a short drive away. This comfortable, two-bedroom, two-bath condo has an awesome ocean views plus great views of the Dunes Golf Course, Singleton Swash/Marsh inlet which children love to play in and go crabbing. The condo is located on the fourth floor in the smaller five-story building pictured, with convenient elevator access. Wake up each morning to the sound of the surf and nature while you enjoy a beverage on the private balcony. Enjoy the sunset views from the balcony in the evening.
The Sands Beach Club Resort is located at the END of Shore Dr which gives you more room to roam and spread out on the beach without feeling like you're invading someone’s space. You get the feeling of being away from all the hustle and bustle but are still very convenient to all the area attractions of Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, Dixie Stampede, House of Blues, Restaurant Row, Tanger outlet malls, general shopping, and with over a 100 golf courses to choose from. Walk over to our sister resort which is home of the famous Ocean Annie’s Beach Bar, the area's most popular outdoor beach bar with live music, tropical drinks, and a great time. You can also stop in at River City Cafe', a pool-front cafe and deli, right next to Ocean Annie's which offers very casual dining and the best burgers on the beach or continue down the beach to the Apache fishing / entertainment pier. Teenagers love hanging out there.
Our condo offers a fully equipped kitchen including microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, plus plates glasses, silverware, pot, pans, toaster, coffer maker, blender and all the utensils you need. The dining area offers inlet and Ocean views and has seating for four. The master bedroom has a King size bed, private bath and TV. The second bedroom offers a full size bed. Our living room has a queen size sleeper sofa bed, chair and a TV with DVD player. A private balcony can be accessed through the living room it offers awesome ocean views, plus great views of the Singleton Swash/Marsh and the Dunes Golf Course. We have Central Air Conditioning & Heat. The condo is tastefully furnished and complete with all the comforts of home. Come experience why our guests return time and time again. Additional information about rental rates and reservations:
* Add $50 for processing fee (which includes departure cleaning fee)
* Add extra $25 per night for holiday weekend rentals
* $200 refundable Security Deposit is required. It’s usually returned in 7-14 days after checkout. Once my housekeeper verifies the condo was left in the condition it was found (besides normal cleaning).
* Rental deposit $200 is required to make a reservation along with signed paperwork. This $200 rolls into your refundable security deposit once full payment has been received.
* The total rental balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date or immediately if booked within 30 days of your visit.
* To make a reservation please fill out the online form on this website which will send me an email so that I can then send you an email with the paperwork necessary to make a reservation. Please be sure to check your spam/junk mail folders for my return emails too.
* Forms of acceptable payment are: Personal Check, Cashier's Check, Money Order and Credit Card (Add 2.5% for credit card Service Fee)
* Check in is after 3 pm and Check out before 10 am
* Must be 23 years and older to rent

* NO motorcycles are allowed on property, but parking for them is provided at our sister resort. Just a short walk away.

Being a Realtor I know that location is key when buying Real Estate. This condo is located at the very end of the popular Shore Dr, which is located between Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing with all the amenities in your reach. This comfortable, two-bedroom, two-bath Ocean Front condo has awesome views up and down the beach. To the right of the condo is the Singleton Swash/Marsh inlet which children love to play in and go crabbing. You have more room to spread out here beacuse your at the end of the road.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Again, it's simpley the location. Your close to everything but you have more space and very little traffic. The on-site ammenties are fantastic! Three swimming pools 1 of them is heated, hot tub, lighted basketball and tennis courts, Restaurant and Bar, Covered parking, Fitness Center, Ocean view out door BBQ's, the Swash/Marsh inlet which children love to play in and go crabbing is right next door. I love here so much that I just bought another condo in 2009 in the Ocean Front building at Sands Beach Club.

The view out of the balcony is great. You can see all the way down the beach to the right and left. It's a private beach so not a lot of people milling around. A car is needed though. It's a drive to the closest supermarket and restaurants. We had a fun stay and would go back.

Great place! Nice location right on beach with a great view of a little cove that was great for my 4 year old to play in. We found a TON of shells and had a blast! I look forward to coming back!

Great place, wonderful view, very clean, and great beds. When the renovation are done the place will be perfect. My mother 75, husband 68, and daughter 7 all loved the place and the great view. The pools were also very clean and nice.

My family has stayed in condos in the past, mostly in Surfside. Most of those condo experiences were not positive. This condo had many nice features that were lacking in other similar places. Most impressive was that everything seemed nearly new or well taken care of and there were many nice decorating touches that the owner has done to make the stay seem like you would hope a vacation rental at the beach would have. This condo was on the 3rd floor with an ocean view and a short 5 minute, or less, walk to the ocean in flip flops. The truly amazing thing in my mind was that we didn't see or hear any of our 3rd floor neighbors the entire week. My daughters also loved the 'spinny' chairs. Our family highly recommends this nice condo in a super central location near shopping (Super Walmart about 2 miles away) & restaurants.

This condo was very nice. It was clean and had most of the amenities of home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and this area of Myrtle. Not too crowded; enjoyed the inlet; clean pools and hot tub. It was perfect for a young family.

We truly enjoyed our stay in North Myrtle Beach. This condo is nice and cozy with everything you need to be comfortable for a week stay. The community is gorgeous and peaceful with a wonderful pool that was never over crowded or noisy. We also enjoyed the screened in porch and shuttle to the ocean. There are great restaurants in the area, two outlet malls, and Alligator Adventure which is a lot of fun. The owner is very professional and easy to work with, we are looking forward to a return trip soon. Also, the weather was fab! If you are looking to enjoy a relaxing week, without a care in the world, this is the location for you.

Very nice condo with terrific views of ocean and marsh inlet. Great amenities, several pools, hot tub, basketball, tennis, pool lounge area with grills. Close to all kinds of shopping, dining and golf courses. But the best part is the location on the beach. Lots of room to spread out, and a beach bar within walking distance. Our two teenagers had a blast. Inlet area would be perfect for younger kids or toddler. Would definitely stay again. Joann & Bob

We had the occasion to stay in this condo owned by Ken and Lisa. The condo was clean and well furnished. Parking is abundant and covered with security. There are plenty of carts to get your baggage to the unit. The beach is flat and clean. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and tried their best to make sure we were happy with our stay which we were. It's location is perfect to be near enough to everything but away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area. Plan to bring your appetite to the area when you arrive as there are lots of restaurant choices with several nice seafood restaurants there. Highly recommend this unit and will stay there again when possible.

This was a great place to stay. The condo was nice and well kept. The location of the resort is the best part because you are close to everything. The beach was uncrowded and the views were good as well. I would definately stay here again. Recommended for: Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children Bill and Mary
