Casa Mira Mar is located inside the Tierra Pacifica Community which is located in Playa Junquillal, just south of Tamarindo in the state of Guanacaste. It is a gated community with round the clock security. The clubhouse contains a gym with state of the art exercise equipment, yoga room, tennis court, sand volleyball court, spectacular pool and spa, including lap pool and an outdoor gourmet barbecue for entertaining. Additionally, green areas with hiking trails are laced throughout the community for afternoon nature walks. Or you can spend your afternoon watching the waterfowl on the man made lakes. The house itself is located within 100 yards of the community center and pools for easy access to all the amenities.
Originally designed by Ben F. Morris to be the model home for the Tierra Pacifica Development, changes were made to accommodate two families at the same time. There are two master bedrooms and two guest bedrooms. One master plus bath is on the second level with the gourmet kitchen, breakfast table, outside dining room, and living room all with breathtaking ocean views. The first floor contains the second master bedroom plus bath, two additional guest rooms, a family room for the kids, an atrium, laundry room and third full bath. Casa Mira Mar sits on a hill overlooking the ocean, community center, and lakes. Take a short 1 min. walk to all the amenities the community has to offer.
The town of Playa Junqillal is the perfect getaway vacation spot. There are 3+ miles of unspoiled uncrowded beaches. Visit Playa Blanca at the north end of town for crystal clear snorkeling waters or try Playa Junquillal for a romp in the surf. It is also a great beach for a long evening stroll as you watch the sun set.
