Covered parking for 2 cars just outside front door and additional free parking available. Washer and dryer are included in unit.
Ski & Racquet Club is conveniently located on south edge of town, just a short walking distance to downtown and ski lift. Free shuttle service at condo to skiing and shopping at Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain, Frisco, Dillon and Silverthorne.
Clubhouse has indoor pool, hot tub and sauna. Tennis and basketball courts located on premises.
This is a great place to call Base Camp for both summer and winter activities.

Why the Owner Chose Ski & Racquet Club
We have skied in the Summit for over 30 years and always loved Breckenridge. So we decided to bou a second home there to enjoy in both winter and summer.

This is a great unit. Cozy, warm and quiet. Great location to downtown and skiing in winter and everything int eh summer. Kids friendly. Just a great place to spend a family vacation.
