Located on the south side of 30A, The Savannah is located in the heart of Rosemary Beach. DR&K @ The Savannah provides the cure-all vacation remedy…peace, rest and relaxation in luxurious comfort for the family and individual. DR&K has two floors with spacious balconies on each floor.
Enjoy morning solitude on the first floor balcony or dine amidst the tranquil Florida sunset on the second floor balcony. Its scenic view includes the enchanting European village of Rosemary Beach with its beautiful church gardens as well as a limited view of the translucent waters of the Gulf of Mexico. An enclosed garage on the Gulf level provides protection for one vehicle and storage for beach gear. Dedicated parking for two cars is provided.
The spacious interior has been professionally decorated in an upscale mix of contemporary and traditional decor. It features elegant lighting, granite counters, hardwood and stone tile floors, fireplace, artwork, and modern appliances providing its guests a stay of comfortable rest and relaxation. Thoroughly equipped for the modern food connoisseurs, the kitchen features all stainless steel Viking appliances as well as everything one might need for preparation. Our visitors have a choice of dining inside by fireplace at a comfortable table for six, or at a large granite bar used to entertain four, or amidst the tables and chairs on the balcony. Living area has luxurious and comfortable seating with 37” flat panel TV, DVD, games, stereo system and access to wireless high speed internet.
Located on the first floor are three bedrooms each having its own large bathroom. French doors located in each bedroom allow access to the large spacious balcony with comfortable seating. The master bedroom has a plush king-size bed, flat panel TV, and bathroom which features a deep tub, shower and large vanity. The guest bedroom has queen plush bedding with flat panel TV and bathroom with oversized shower. The third bedroom suited for children has four bunk beds, TV, game cube, games, DVD and separate bathroom with shower.
You will also be able to enjoy all the amenities of Rosemary Beach including 4 pools (one indoor heated and a 5th pool opening summer of 2009 at Hotel Saba located next door), eight clay tennis courts, fitness center, spa, playgrounds and four private beach walkovers. DR&K is a 200 yard walk across the Western Green to Rosemary’s snow-white sands and emerald waters. Beach chair, umbrella rentals, and “Camp Rosemary” are available throughout summer months for children as well as “Movies on the Green” at dusk.
The Savannah is surrounded by restaurants located within walking distance, including: Onano’s, Wild Olives, Courtyard Wine and Cheese, Cowgirl Kitchen, Summer Kitchen, Chop's, George's, and others up Highway 30A in Seaside, Grayton Beach and Watercolors. Delight yourself at the Solace Day Spa. Bicycling, fishing, golf and other activites are available.

This was my first time at Rosemary Beach but I hope it is not my last. Since the apartment is right in the center of the charming village it gave us the opportunity to enjoy shops and restaurants by just stepping out of the building. At night we would run across the street to La Crema for incredible chocolate desserts. It felt as if we were in the heart of a lovely European village. All of this and just steps from the beach, which we enjoyed daily. The location could not have been better! ... It didn't bother us a bit having the apartment on the third floor because we were just a few feet from the elevator, however you could do as we did and take the stairs to help shed some of those calories from the great restaurants. ... Having a bit of a germ phobia I was excited to see how very clean the place was. Every bedroom was clean and cozy, has access to the balcony and a private bathroom. The bed and bath linens were of the finest quality. It was also great to have the washer and dryer right outside the bedrooms. Upstairs we enjoyed a comfortable and beautifully decorated living room with a wall of french doors opening to the balcony overlooking the town and a great kitchen and dinning area. I have recommended this place to many friends since I came home, and I would highly recommend it to whom ever reads this review. You will love it!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We just returned from Rosemary after spending Spring Break in this lovely condo. It was fantastic. The kitchen was well stocked and so convenient to work in. My kids had breakfast at the bar in the island each morning and we all had dinner at the dining table one night. The night I cooked dinner, a band was playing in Barrett Square. It was so nice to be able to open all the doors to the balcony and listen to them while I cooked. I also loved that the bedrooms were all on one hall downstairs. It was very convenient to grab the kids' laundry and toss it in the washer. I've stayed in some houses where I would have to walk all over the house to gather it and then go in another direction to put it in. Two other bonuses to this property is the fact that it has a garage (a great place to park our 5 bikes!) and its location. The condo is directly above the Sugar Shack and steps away from wonderful shopping and restaurants. I truly don't believe I could say enough positive things about it! The beds were incredibly comfortable, beach towels and beach "toys" (boogie boards, nets, buckets, etc) were available, it was spotless and the owner could not have been nicer. The only draw back might be the fact that it is a condo and not a house- can't just run in and out. It is up 3 flights of stairs but a large elevator is available. Would recommend it in a heartbeat!
