Our floor plan is the best on the beach! Unlike other condominiums, BOTH BEDROOMS in our unit ARE OCEANFRONT. The balcony and views of the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico are accessible from each bedroom as well as from the living area.
Our unit is a 1500 square foot WINDSONG unit, an end unit located on the second floor with a fabulous 335 square foot balcony. If you are thinking of renting a two bedroom unit at Splash, make sure that you request a WINDSONG as not all of the two bedroom floor plans are are same.
Splash is located on the West end of Panama City Beach, convenient to the new PIER PARK, Panama City Beach's new premier center for dining, entertainment, and shopping.
Our unit has king beds in both of the oceanfront master bedrooms. In addition, it has twin bunk beds and a queen sleeper sofa -the perfect design to sleep six to eight comfortably! There are two full spacious bathrooms, each with double sinks/vanities, and shower. One bath has an oversized tub.
Located on over 400 feet of sugar white beach front, Splash has amenities unequaled in Panama City Beach: Two distinct family fun waterpark environments with waterslides, dive-in movies in the summer, lazy river, water cannons, water toys, hot tub, and outdoor pool heated seasonally. Health club, game room with mini bowling alley, beachside activity lawn, poolside bar & grill open seasonally. AND YOUR RENTAL FROM US INCLUDES A RESERVED SET OF BEACH CHAIRS AND UMBRELLA!
Our unit features 1505 square feet of living space. It has a fully outfitted kitchen with granite countertops, furnished with everything you need to prepare your favorite meal including smooth surface cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, blender, toaster, glassware, flatware, and plenty of pots, pans and cookware.
SPECIAL NOTES AND PAYMENT INFORMATION:
We rent only to adults 25 years of age or over, who will occupy the condominium during the rental period.

Check-in: 4 pm, Check-out: 10 am (central time)
State, county, and city taxes are not included in rates. Cleaning fee is included in rental rates.
Security/damage deposit of $300 is required to reserve unit. Renter(s) will be responsible for all damage to the unit excluding normal wear and tear. The security deposit, less any charges for damages, will be returned within 10-14 days of your departure date.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations cancelled 30 days prior to arrival will be refunded in full, less a $25 administrative fee. Any cancellations within 30 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit. If cancellation occurs within twenty one (21) days of arrival, the full advance payment and deposit will be forfeited. We regret that we cannot make exceptions for personal emergencies as a cause for cancellation. To protect yourself from unforeseen circumstances, please contact your personal insurance agent and inquire about travel insurance.
Monthly reservations must be cancelled 120 days in advance of arrival for refund of deposit. If cancellation occurs within thirty (30) days of arrival of monthly reservations, the full advance payment and deposit will be forfeited.
Full payment for accommodations must be received 21 days prior to arrival. (30 days for monthly)

My husband and I, and our, then 1 1/2 and 3 year old, along w/my best friend, her husband and her twin 3 year olds rented this in 2008 and it was AMAZING! I was just looking to see if it was available for July 4, 2012 and sadly it's not. The two GULF FRONT MASTERS is a WONDERFUL option for couples traveling together to be equally immersed w/the beauty of the gulf each morning upon waking. Everything we could have possibly needed was there. The showers are great. Love love love this place! Can't wait to go back. 2nd floor, w/end unit was perfect!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Splash: This is our second visit to Splash, and highly recommend it for families with children. We have a 3 yr old and 15 mo old twins. The area with the bucket and slides was a little scary for my kids, and we didn't play in that area at all. The frog and turtle area is great!! And I was able to do the lazy river with all three kids by myself, and it was so relaxing! Both times we've only been able to go for three days, but that really wasn't enough time. In the future we hope that our schedules will allow us to go for a week. It is convenient to Winn Dixie (grocery store), Pier Park (shopping), and lots of dining. There are also many other activities in Panama City that would be easy drives, but you really don't need to leave Splash Resort! This unit: Accurately described. Love that it has two master bedrooms! Second floor was great (and I was concerned it would be too low and you wouldn't get a good ocean view and hear noise from the pools, not the case at all, since you are really 4 floors up). The unit was well stocked, plenty of towels and washcloths, etc, kitchen had everything you need. Comfortable set up. Great communication from the owners. Quick deposit refund. THANKS!! We will definitely save this listing for future trips!!

The owners were very accommodating and the property was exactly as represented. Clean, well laid out, roomy and not pretentious, as some of the other units are, where they are over decorated and you are afraid to touch or move things because they might break. The kitchen is well equipped with just about all your needs. The balcony is furnished and spacious and since it is on the 2nd floor it still feels like your at the beach, not towering over it as is the case with some of the higher floors. Elevator is close by. Alvin's Island across the street with a convenience store attached. Winn Dixie is one mile away. Pier Park is within 5 minutes and since it is on the west end of PCB not quite as crowded. Thanks for letting us stay. Hope to return!
