The absolute best location for the all around ski vacation in Salt Lake! Snuggled along Wasatch Boulevard (the connect road between Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons) gives you the option of skiing at Alta, Snowbird, Brighton and Solitude all week, or just choose one, whatever your pleasure.
All four resorts can be reached within 10-15 minutes. The ski bus stop that will go to either resort is just outside the condo complex entrance, so you can leave the hassle of the car in the garage. It is also located just five minutes from the freeway, so you can be in Park City and Deer Valley in about 30 minutes. The airport is a 20 minute commute. If you decide to go to downtown Salt Lake to check out the shopping and other cultural attractions, you're about 15 minutes away.
The complex itself is a quiet community, and this unit has a very private deck and hot tub for you to enjoy after your fun day on the slopes. There is a grocery store a minute away, and several nice restaurants in the area. Easy access to about anywhere you want to go, and everything you need.
Room layout is as follows: Top floor has 2 rooms with queen beds each and a shared full bath, and a master suite with king size bed, TV, and bathroom with jetted tub and shower. Main level has a living area with kitchen, dining, large family room with a big screen TV, 1/2 bath and laundry. Baement has bedroom with two twin beds, entertainment room with a big screen TV, surround sound, foosball, and bumper pool/poker table, as well as full bath.
The unit is remodeled with hardwood floors, tile, authentic log furniture, new hot tub, high speed internet, big screen TVs with stereo, satellite TV available in 3 rooms, and plenty of new linens. You will love our "condo", as we have many repeat customers. NEW FOR 07-08 CARPET THROUGHOUT AND REMODELED BASEMENT/GAME AREA.
Also is a great location during the rest of the year, enjoy cool mountain air in the summer, and close to everywhere you want to go. We are usually booked full in the summer and winter months, so book early!

We are proud of our condo, and we lived there for a few years after we got married. So we have put some nice features in like hardwood floors, etc. We are constantly looking to update and improve our unit so travelers can feel at home when they stay here.

Awesome townhome - has everything you need & Jason was kind enough to arrange a few groceries for us since we had a late-arriving flight. We stayed 5 nights in April 2011 and it's super convenient to Brighton, Solitude, Snowbird or Alta.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Our family of 6 stayed in this comfortable condo for a holiday ski trip and couldn't have been more pleased. We've stayed in many VRBO properties around the world and this place was exceptional. It has wonderful space for a ski trip, the location is perfect with easy access to both ski hills and grocery. We loved the hot tub and games. Jason was extremely attentive to our needs. We can't wait to return.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
