This is 10 kilometers closer to the center of activities than the BRISAS, CANCUN PLAZA, SOLYMAR, or ROYAL SOLARIS condominiums.
This is a great location to use as your home base for exploring Cancun and the surrounding marvels of the Yucatan Peninsula. The complex features a tennis court, upper and lower-level pools, direct access to the beach, a pool-side restaurant and bar.
This penthouse unit is privately owned and "Not A Time Share". The owner has refurbished the condo to above standards. It has many extras! You will love staying here and will want to return again & again. Weeks are available year round so this is a distinct benefit from someone renting a timeshare that is only available a certain week each year. Plan and book your vacation early so we can accommodate your time slot!
The unit has 2 full separate bedroom suites, each with their own private bath. The Caribbean view bedroom has comfortable pillowtop twin beds plus a trundle bed sofa that sleeps 2 more in the same bedroom. There are two twin beds in the lagoon view bedroom (which can be pushed together to make a king bed). An additional bath is located on the main level with an 2 sofas that convert into beds in the living room area. A family of 8 can sleep comfortably, or 3 couples with each having their own private bathroom.
The kitchen is "FULLY" equipped with a counter bar. Dinette, main living area and 2 wonderful balconies looking out at the Caribbean along with 3 area air conditioners to keep the interior nice and cool.
SPECIAL EXTRAS... not available at most other Cancun Rentals: Balcony hammock, Belly boards, BarBQue.
Upon confirmation of booking this unit, you will receive an extensive 4 page information packet of Do's & Don't's from the owner, gleaned from 30 years of visiting Cancun!
This condo has room for 8, so bring your family or friends along. Additional penthouses available to accommodate up to 24 people! We also have studio units for 2-4 persons & other family units available.
