Setting is private three acres across from park. Kitchen has Sub Zero fridge, filtered water, convection oven, dishwasher, stackable washer/dryer. Central heat/air. Single car garage. Non-smoking property. Outdoor large dogs, other indoor animals with prior permission. 5 minute drive to I75, and downtown Cleveland. 20 minutes to Hamilton Mall/Chattanooga, 80 min. to Knoxville or 90 in. to greater Atlanta.
