Interior has gorgeous wide plank wood floors, massive rock fireplaces, wide arched french doors, 15 foot ceilings living room, bell tower, decks, windows galore... this is a unique home. 2400 sq ft. 4 bedrooms/2 baths. Setting is private three acres across from park. Kitchen has Sub Zero fridge, filtered water, convection oven, dishwasher, stackable washer/dryer. Central heat/air. A few breakfast items and coffee/tea provided, along with fruit & flowers! Just bring yourselves and plan to enjoy the Ocoee river region, Bradley and Hamilton counties. *Out of state drivers can get a weekly pass to the YMCA, and enjoy the large pools indoor/outdoor!

Single car garage. Non-smoking property. Outdoor large dogs, other indoor animals with prior permission. 5 minute drive to I75, and downtown Cleveland. 20 minutes to Hamilton Mall/Chattanooga, 80 min. to Knoxville or 90 in. to greater Atlanta.
