This beautiful executive home has panoramic views of Monterey Bay. From the moment you walk in the Bay spreads before you. Views extend from Moss Landing past the Capitola Wharf to Pleasure Point. There is a deck off the great room: lower observation platform is off-limits per santa cruz planning dept.
The great room has maple floors with an arched ceiling, slate fireplace with heat-a-lator, and sliding doors onto the deck. There is also a television and stereo with CD player and Internet access. The kitchen is open to the great room with a breakfast bar at the island. Granite counters, decor oven, and under-counter lighting complete the kitchen amenities. All utensils and pots and pans included. Coffee maker,also.
The home has three bedrooms and two baths. The master bedroom has an adjoining dressing area, large closet,and views to the water. There is a queen-size bed, built-in shelves, dressers, and a 27 inch television. The bathroom off this bedroom is all marble, lots of mirrors and has a jacuzzi tub and shower.
The second bedroom has a pine queen-size bed, while the third has a trundle bed that can be made up as twins. All rooms are beautifully decorated, and two have down comforters. The house has accommodations for up to six people.
The home also features cable for both televisions and a VCR. The phone can be hooked up to a modem, and there is also a washer and dryer. The home is wood shake and has a large circular drive.
