Colorful plants and coral trees in the half-acre landscaped yard bring an essence of paradise to this home. You can see Mt. Ka'ala in its green splendor from the bedroom and living room. The bedroom and living room have separate split-system air conditioning units to keep you cool year round. Or open the windows for tradewinds and the sound of the waves and birds chirping.
The ocean is less than 100 feet away. The access to a sandy neighborhood beach is only seven houses down the street. The kitchen cabinets are new. The laminated wood floors, wooden blinds, bathroom tile and paint is almost new. The bedroom is furnished with a very comfortable California King bed with high thread count linens. The bathroom has a combination tub/shower and linen closet. Tropical furnishings make you feel like you are living in an island retreat. A deck with outdoor furniture is just outside the living room and is perfect for outdoor dining. The owner lives on site so no parties please!
