The house is newly furnished with beautiful log furniture which provides that perfect mountain setting. There is plenty of room to spread out and relax in this spacious home. On the top floor is the master bedroom with a king size bed and private balcony and an additional bedroom with two queen beds. The main floor has a family room with wood stove and entertainment center, full kitchen with all the accessories a cook will need, a dining room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and the laundry room. The first floor hosts the game room, an additional television viewing area (DVD/VCR) and the bunk room.The house also has free WIFI internet access

Stayed there with 2 more families during New Years Eve. Everyone had their room including the kids which we sent to the bottom floor. This made their noise much less bothersome for the adults!! The house is fully equiped, and wasn´t missing anything you could need. The house is better than in the pictures. Everything in order when we arrived and all the information you might need you can find in a very complete binder. I suggest you have a well equippped snow traveling vehicle. The house is in a small slope but can make getting to it difficult during snow season specially if unexperienced (we were warned). We loved the view from all windows and would stay there again!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, pet owners, adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Comment Text: Spent 4 nights with my family of 8 adults and 3 children at this location. Beautiful location, easy drive to Breckenridge even in snow. Home was nice with all you needed for a relaxing stay. Hot tub was the best. Owner and caretakers were most helpful. Hope to return next year.
