  It was a wonderful trip. Your condominium is perfect in every way. We loved the layout of the dual master bedrooms for our group of 3 generations - grandparents and two children ages 7 & 10. The furniture, the artwork, the linens, and all the small touches - the complete cooking tools, the beach towels & toys, the Hawaii books, etc. - perfect. Loved the appliances and BBQ. It was one of the best trips we have ever taken. Our children said it best - not the best trip ever, but the best time they have EVER had. Property manangement was kind, answered all of our questions, keys, codes, passes, etc. all in order and as described and overall good business transaction. We look forward to a return trip and give our highest recommedation to others who may consider the same. Thank You.

  This property is absolutely gorgeous and well-appointed. The pictures don't do it justice. Even though the condo was "show room quality" we felt very comfortable there. It was very warm, inviting and spacious. Everyone was able to spread out and stay out of each other's way. This is a luxury when vacationing with an 8 and 10 year old! The kitchen and bathrooms have everything you could possibly need. You don't feel like you are missing anything because you are away from home. The wifi also worked without any troubles, which I often find is not the case with vacation rentals. I would recommend this property to anyone staying on the west side of the Big Island!

• Truly a Hawaian Paradise!

  We are a seasoned VBRO traveling family of 5 (both within the US and Europe), and we all agreed that this rental was among the very best that we have experienced.  The condo is beautiful, spacious, quiet, and tastefully furnished (just as shown in the photos).  The bedrooms are large, and the beds comfortable.  The kitchen is top-notch, and we were pleasantly surprised that it was already stocked with many of the items needed to truly cook at home - spices, flour, butter, etc etc.  The garage is stocked with sand toys, sand mats, 4 boogie boards, paddle games, etc.  It was great to stop back "home" for lunch and a respite after a morning of lounging and swimming at Hapuna or Mauna Kea beach, then head out again to snorkle or sightsee.  We utilized the high quality built-in outdoor Wolf barbeque every night for dinners, and enjoyed sitting at the lanai patio table to play family games into the night. There are games and DVDs in the condo as well. The large washer and dryer were much appreciated and there was detergent on hand as well.  The large screen TV with DirectTV was great (after all, the London Olympic Games were underway), and the wireless internet worked flawlessly. The home is so comfortable you might be tempted to just hang out there, even with all the exciting things to do on the Big Island. Truly an embarrassment of riches. This unit is immediately adjacent to the classy clubhouse with its infinity pool and fitness room.  The 2 jacuzzis were wonderful, and there was never anyone else there besides us.  Use of the nearby Hapuna Prince and Mauna Kea resorts was luxurious - the staff at each cheerfully sets up your lounge chairs and umbrellas on the beach, and even appeared to watch over our personal items while we swimming.  The beachside pool at the Hapuna Prince was a great way to end a day of beachgoing, and return home feeling clean again!  Parking at both resorts is a breeze. We had a very minor glitch checking in and getting our resort cards but Linda immediately took care of it and generously compensated for it. Her gracious gesture turned a slight annoyance into a very positive experience. Coupled with the thoughtful welcome gifts that she included in the condo upon our arrival, as well as her prompt email and telephone responses, it is clear that Linda is dedicated to making one's stay on Hawai'i most pleasurable and memorable. We hope to return soon! Mahalo Linda!

  We had such a great week at your condo. First of all, I really appreciate how responsive you were when we first inquired about the condo. First impressions really count. The condo is fully equipped, lovely setting and it's the best of both worlds with all of the space and then the ability to register and use the Mauna Kea and Hapuna beaches. The bedding, furnishings and details are all very nice. You can't take for granted the great service from you as well as the contact with Diane, your local manager. We appreciated her call to check in on us. We hope to visit again

  What a wonderful place to spend 10 days in Hawaii. We were a little hesitant as we have never booked a vacation rental through VRBO, but from the initial contact with Linda regarding the booking, to the arrival and departure we could not have asked for more. Linda was prompt in providing all keys, codes, passes needed and always was available for any enquiries we incurred. The condo was a perfect location for ourselves and four adult children. The closeness of the amenity centre (pool and exercise room) and grounds surrounding the condo were spectacular. The condo itself was beyond our expectations and we loved to enjoy the outside patio along the the fully equipped BBQ. Nice spacious area with everything we needed. We also enjoyed having access to the Hapuna and Mauna Kea resorts. Mahalo and can't wait to return.

• Beautiful condo

  We stayed at this condo for eight nights in the beginning of January with my parents, my husband's parents, and our two-year-old son, and we all just loved the property, the amenities, and the location. The condo itself is beautifully furnished and very spacious, with lots of patio space and a great grill that we made use of on many nights. My son loved the toddler pool at the amenities center, and we loved that it was only a two minute walk or less, and that is was never crowded. There is not a lot to do right in the area as far as restaurants, shops, etc., but with easy access to the best beaches on the island and the great pool just a short walk from the condo this was not a problem. Our only issue during our stay was that the coffee pot broke, but when we let the local property manager know she very quickly replaced it. All of us agreed that we would definitely stay in this condo again, and we all really loved the location. I'd also like to add that every interaction any of us had with the owner or the property manager was very pleasant and helpful. I did initially think the security deposit was a bit high, but after seeing this gorgeous condo I can understand the amount, and I did get it back very quickly (I think less than a week after we returned home). Thanks for a great vacation!

  Just a note to tell you how much we enjoyed your Wai Ula Ula condo. We especially enjoyed congregating on the lanai, to dine, read or just relax. We also were impressed with how nicely furnished (including artwork) the home was. And the convenience of the pool was great. We, our sons and daughters-in-law all had a great time celebrating our 50th!

  We had the best time at your wonderful condo. It was perfect for our family. The fact that it is on the ground floor we liked because of our 1yr old granddaughter. The rec center pool was perfect for her, but we all loved the beach!! We felt right at home at your place. Thank you and can't wait to go again!

  We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful condo. It was well situated if you have a car, beautifully appointed with gorgeous ocean and sunset views. Very comfortable. We hope to return and stay here again in the future.

• WONDERFUL!!

  We just returned from a week at this property. TOP NOTCH! We were there with our two children, my parents and my sister. This unit has plenty of space and all ameneties are well appointed. The pool/rec center is a short walk and our kids spent every second there. Having the ameneties of both hotels is great, but in all honesty, the rec center at this complex is perfect (no need to leave!). Cannot wait to go back! Thanks Linda!
