Monthly rates are available for reduced rates.
Above rates based on DOUBLE occupancy.
The balance of rent is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
A $200-$300 deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
Deducted from the deposit will be (1)cleaning charges which range from $75-$100
And (2) any charges for damage that is more than normal wear and tear.
Full refund for cancellations received more than 30 nts prior to reservation date
