I am a local realtor with Coldwell Banker and have lived in Las Cruces for 26 years. I have several rentals furnished and unfurnished so I enjoy helping customers(tenants)finding a home to live in temporarily or permanently.
Why the Owner Chose Las Cruces
I originally chose to furnish this home because I had a client that was getting a house built and didn't have a place to live in the interim. They lived here for 6 months and afterwards I received calls requesting larger furnished rentals so I kept it furnished. This home is convenient for military personal with easy access to Hwy 70 for a commute to WSMR. Sonoma Ranch is only 5 miles away for people who love to golf.
