One month minimum rental period. Please add 11.41% Hawaii tax.
We accept cashiers checks, bank checks, and personal checks (allow time to clear).
A reservation deposit of $1000 is required within 7 days of booking to hold.
In addition, a Security deposit equal to 1/2 month rent is also required.
Cancellation must be made in writing. Reservation deposit is refundable if
cancellation is made at least 60 days prior to arrival.
Security deposit is refuned in a timely manner provided that all keys are returned
and upon cleaning service's confirmation that the unit is left in good condition.
