This newly completed beachfront villa rests beside the beautiful Sea of Cortez. A wall of glass reveals stunning unobstructed views of Bahia La Ventana and Isla Cerralvo. The large deck and palapa are perfect for that afternoon siesta or margarita.

Located just a 30 minute drive south of La Paz on the Sea of Cortez in Baja lies one of Mexico's most beautiful destinations, the Bay of La Ventana. Over the last few years La Ventana has become a magnet for windsurfers, kiteboarders, kayakers, fishermen, and those who just want to get away. Kiters, windsurfers and kayaks can launch from the sand directly behind the house.

Casa Blanca sleeps six with three bedrooms, two baths and a large living room, dining area and kitchen. The grounds are landscaped with palms, bougainvillea and native plants. All linins, cooking utensils, a kayak, snorkel gear, wireless high speed internet, satellite tv and much more provided. Just come and enjoy.

Kayak with whales and dolphins as they glide past. Snorkel or scuba dive along the reef only 25 yards off the deck. The visibility is fantastic and the marine life is plentiful. For the more adventurous, dive trips can be arranged.

Fishermen know this part of the Sea of Cortez as one of the most abundant fishing areas in the world. Black, blue and striped marlin, sailfish, yellow tail, wahoo, dorado, cabrilla, rosterfish, and lobster abound.

Hike along secluded trails. Baja is the home to over 100 species of cacti. You will find forests of cardon cactus, chollas, ocotillo, century plants and elephant trees. Or just walk the beach for miles in search of that perfect shell.

A cook and daily maid service can be arranged.

We're only a short 30 minute drive south of the La Paz International Airport or we’re less than a 2 hour drive north of the Los Cabos International Airport.

  • Fabulous vacation! We love to travel and always rent homes. You don't get any better than this beachfront property. You can't miss fishing with Fabio. Where else do you get picked up on your own beach and catch so many fish your arms hurt the next day? Yeta makes the best tamales we've ever eaten. Brent was great to work with and what a beautiful home. One week was not long enough. If you want to get away from it all this is the perfect location (in fact we left the house for a day trip to La Paz and decided never to leave again the rest of the week). Tacos Leon is fantastic.   • GORGEOUS HOUSE DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH!!We travel alot and this is in our top 2 places we have ever stayed!!! You cannot be any closer to the water in all of La Ventana than this house..the views from the den,kitchen and master suite are truly stunning..we woke up to the sunrise every morning which was gorgeous!! We will defintely make this an annual trip and always stay at Casa Blanca!!

    Your house is/was amazing. It was a true vacation for us. We were comfortable and very happy all week and enjoyed snorkeling, fishing, hiking, kayaking, TONS of reading on the deck, swimming, jogging and a little windsurfing. The house was clean, comfortable and absolutely beautiful. I miss waking up to the sun’s rays. Yeta worked out well too. We fished for one dinner and others hiked on the island with Fabio. Your restaurant and market suggestions were great as well.

  • Hi Brent, We got back from Mexico late Saturday night. We LOVED staying at Casa Blanca. Your place is amazing. And the views are spectacular. We met your neighbors, who were very friendly. We went fishing one morning with Fabio per your recommendation. He picked us up on time right in front of your house, and we caught lots of fish. We used your kayak one morning. Lana kindly lent us her two kayaks as well. We also kited three days (when the wind blew), which was the main reason for our trip. Eric did a downwinder from your place one day while I took lessons further down the beach from "Nat." We even pretended to work a couple days thanks to wi-fi and Skype. It was a fantastic trip for all. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a special vacation. Kim & Eric
