Southern Dunes Championship Golf coursehas been voted in the top 6 in Florida by golfing magazines so it is perfect for those who love to play or watch golf but equally ideal for those who love the delights of the Disney theme parks which are only 20 minutes drive away.
Southern Dunes is a gated community which boasts many facilities which are open to all residents: driving range, putting green, pro shop, equipment hire, a luxury club house with bar and restaurant, on site tennis courts, community pool and children's play area. fishing can b doner in the lakwe which us within walking distance from the villa.
The villa comprises of one master bedroom with Queen size bed (overlooking the pool) with en suite and cable TV. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed The third bedroom is a twin bedroom sharing a further bathroom. To the back of the villa is the private heated pool which is screened by a fine insect-proof net.
a Wal-Mart store is just by the main entrance & there is also a Winn Dixie, Macdonalds, Taco Bell, Checkers & many other stores close by.
