Craftsman style cottage built in 1924 set on private, serene area perched above the Pacific on an acre of fenced property. Ideal for family gatherings, special occasions and events or simply a romantic get away.
Located in the heart of Golden Gate National Park and near Pt. Reyes Natl. Seashore; just an hour north of San Francisco. We are surrounded by lush farmlands where organic foods are plentiful. Guests have the option of purchasing locally grown produce on site.
You can have the option of cooking your own wonderful meals, enjoying having them catered to you, or dining at several award winning Restaurants in the area.
Ocean Song Retreat caters to Dog Lovers and has an active Dog Agility field attached to the property. Classes in Obedience, Agility, Nosework, Off leash and Rally are just some of the offerings with excellent trainers.
You also have the luxury of your own private spa. Relax in the amazing hot tub under a starlit sky, and enjoy the stimulating experience of the Sauna. Combine that with a private massage or specialized Spa treatment and your stay at Ocean Song Retreat will have worked it's magic.

We LOVED our vacation at Oceansong! The house is cozy and filled with nice amenities. The garden was glorious. The walks to the ocean were invigorating. Our dog got to swim every day. She enjoyed exploring the large area around the house and meeting other dogs at the beach in Bolinas. The hot tub and stove warmed us on the one foggy, cold night we had during our week in Bolinas. We were busy every day, and this was the perfect place for family in the Bay area to come see us on their schedules. It was a quiet, restful comfortable place to stay.Recommended for: Pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+.

We had a wonderful stay at Oceansong. Creta completely decorated the house with Christmas decorations, a full-sized tree, and stockings hung by the chimney (even for our dog, Jackson). The house is perfect for a quiet, restful getaway. We alternated between the hot tub/sauna, reading by the fireplace, and long walks around Bolinas. The fenced-in yard was wonderful for our dog. He got to run around all day and we didn't have to worry about him. Creta has excellent contacts in the restaurant industry, so don't pass up the chance to have her create a cheese plate for you. We were thrilled with the selection of Marin-produced cheeses she found. She is also an excellent cook too, her catered dinner of fresh local halibut was wonderful. What a quiet little place. We had a wonderful time in Bolinas. This little rustic town is certainly a place to visit. The cottage was warm and cozy. We enjoyed ALL the sitting areas in the yard. We used the BBQ and relaxed in the hot tub. Our two golden retievers enjoyed running in the fenced one acre beside the ocean. This is the only town I know of that is definitely DOG FRIENDLY. If you want to be a part of history, feel the experience of the beat poet era, then this is your place. Look no further. The ghosts of Ginsburg, Kerouac and others are in the house. We just returned from a wonderful weekend at this beautiful, restful cottage. We spent days at the beaches, enjoying the town and evenings on the back porch relaxing. Our dog loved the large yard to run and explore while we used the BBQ and hot tub. The house is in between the town and the beach so we were able to walk and ride bikes everywhere. The owner Creta was very accomodating and called/emailed several times with hints to make our stay more enjoyable. Thank you for a wonderful holiday weekend- we look forward to coming again.
