The apartment was beautifully renovated in the spring of 2005 retaining the original art deco doors, ceiling roses and parquet floors, it offers a charming mix of old and new.
The apartment has a spacious entrance hall with coat hanging facilities and a full length mirror. The two large bedrooms are tastefully decorated to create a relaxing atmosphere. One of the bedrooms has an ensuite shower room and there is a further bathroom with shower over the bath.
The well appointed kitchen with granite floor leads off the entrance hall and into the dining / living room. The large living room has a dining table for six people and can accommodate a further two guests on a futon which is in addition to the sofa.
The impressive scale of the high ceilings keeps the apartment cool in summer and gas central heating keeps it warm and cosy in the winter months.
