Your Orlando vacation estate home is located in the upscale community of Acadia Estates at Formosa Gardens. This gated community is the exclusive vacation rental subdivision in central Florida and is the closest residential community to Walt Disney World's four theme parks. Acadia Estates is a stately tree-lined street with luxurious vacation homes. All just 3 miles from Disney!
The Orlando home has luxury facilities and equipment throughout, to attend to your every need. The spacious, 3200-square-foot living area features a state-of-the-art 42" LCD HD Cable Tv in Lounge and also in the game room. There is a large wrap a round leather sofa in the living area and also a large sofa/ bed and chair in the game/entertainment room. Seperate formal dining room for those special family meals.
The three master suites, along with the Queen and Twin bedrooms all have their own 32" LCD Flat screenTV/DVD combination.
Our villa has two twin themed bedrooms that are beautifully decorated. A Disney Princess room that all little girls will adore. The second is Toy Story.
Enjoy the luxury of an oversized screened-in deck area housing your own pool, perfect for family fun and relaxation. There is a shaded dining area within the screen enclosure, with a ceiling fan, and a deluxe natural gas barbecue for outdoor dining. Ample luxury wicker cushioned pool-side furniture, and a moveable child safety screen in the pool area, Little Tykes adventure playground for ages 3-10 years in the garden make your vacation comfortable and safe.
Our Disney home can also accomadate the less mobile. We have a downstairs master suite with walk in shower. Portable electric pool hoist, stair lift, so that the less mobile can access the 1st floor and threshold ramp if required. The ground floor is tiled apart form the carpeted game/entertainment room.
Besides being on Disney's doorstep, we are conveniently located near all the local attractions, such as Universal studios, designer shopping malls and outlets, and a number of top class golf courses are all within easy reach. There is a large grocery store, drug store, and numerous restaurants including TGI Fridays, Red Lobster, Outback Steakhouse, and Carrabba's, all within one mile of this Disney area home.
This deluxe six-bedroom home sleeps 14 and with over 3000 square feet of living space and luxury appointments throughout, you will wonder how you ever managed a vacation without it. It has everything a vacationing family will need.

Stayed here over christmas with family. The property is in an excellent location. A lovely gated community which looked well kept and maintained. The villa was fantastic. It was nicely decorated with plenty of room for 2 families. We have been to Florida before and stayed in hotels but after staying here we will never go back to staying in a hotel. They even had the christmas decorations in place for our arrival. An excellent holiday.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.
