Our second floor, two-bedroom, two-bathroom, NON-SMOKING, ocean view unit located at the front of the 2 bedroom ocean view condo's comfortably sleeps four to six people and offers easy access to everything that Myrtle Beach has to offer whilst you stay in a very residential part of the Golden mile.
At Beach Colony you can enjoy the two outdoor pools, a kiddie pool, spa, and a lazy river. The resort also has an indoor pool, spa, sauna, a small exercise room, and a racquetball court. There is also an on-site coffee lounge and pool bar, and, of course, a beautiful wide sandy beach that is patrolled by lifeguards during the summer season.
The condominium provides a master bedroom with king-size bed, en suite bathroom, and TV. The master bedroom and living room open out onto the balcony which overlooks the lazy river, and from which you can see one of the pools, allowing you to enjoy the evening air on the balcony whilst watching your children in the lazy river below.
While standing on the balcony look to the left and see the Ocean view as in the photo's. The second bedroom has 2 beds.
We have installed wooden laminate floors and floor tiling throughout the unit to provide a clean look that is also comfortable underfoot.
The living room has a large comfy chair and large sofa. TV, DVD and video player, and we have also provided magazines, videos, and games for your enjoyment.
There is a dinning area to the side.
The kitchen has a full-size range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave and there is also a washer and dryer unit in the unit.
Our convenient second floor location and position close to the stairs means no waiting for the elevators during busy times, and being a family-oriented location, the lazy river and pools close at 10:00 PM (spa at 11:00 PM) so you will not be disturbed by late night noise from other guests in the pools.The resort is located three miles north of central Myrtle Beach and offers easy access to everything that Myrtle Beach has to offer.
This is a family friendly resort in a more residential area of Myrtle Beach. There is on-site covered parking although oversize vehicles are restricted to the lower portion of the garage and space is limited.
Minimum rental is 3 nights.For rentals less than 7 nights there is an additional cleaning fee of $45.

No pets are allowed. No Motorcycles allowed by the HOA. Minimum age to sign for rental 25yrs.

Hi we are originally from the UK..so if we get the chance to talk over the phone..you will understand why we 'talk funny'.
Our family consist of David,Alana & son Christopher.
This is our second rental property we have in Myrle Beach area.
We have been private rental owners now for 5 years after we felt we could offer a better service more personal and, have a better control our condo standard by doing the work ourselves.
We are very lucky to have the house cleaning staff we do have as the condo has to be of a high standard as we hope for and do have many return guest.
BC211 is also our own vacation place so we take the care to make it feel more than just a rental this is our second home from home.
We always check with you after your visit to make sure all was as you expected.
We are very concerned about our guest enjoying their stay at BC211.
You will also have our home and cell phone number for your stay as we can be called at any time there are concerns.
We hope to welcome you as guest and have you leave as friends.

We looked around for along time before we decided on B.C.211.
The condo situation was perfect on the first floor.
Great first side view position for the Ocean view 2 bed condos what more could we ask for.
Family vacation place not so much crowds and noise.
We found our bit of heaven and intend to stay for a very long time.

Thank You Both so much for sharing your vacation condo, with our family.Everything was great. Far enough from the center, to get away from the crowds and noise, but yet close enough for a good walk or drive.This was our first rental thru VRBO, and was very nervous, since I didn't know what to expect. Was very relieved, when I entered. Very clean and cozy.Very convenient being on the 2nd floor, so we didn't have to take elevator..used stairs.Beach was wonderful, with such warm water, and beutiful sunsets. My family and I will most certainly be back.

We stayed at BC the week of August 1, 2010. We were there for my son's baseball tournament at the Ripken Experience. The property was exactly as the owner described. The keyless entry was very helpful with 3 kids being able to come and go without needing to carry a key. The condo is very clean and has everything you would need to enjoy your week. The second floor is a great location because the elevator can be slow. You must have patience while in the parking ramp. This ramp has tight turns and only allows room for one vehicle to maneuver around corners. All large SUV's must park on the first level because of the height restriction on the upper levels. There are entertaintment and restaurants near the condo for all ages. Also we were able to shop at the local Food Lion to stock our kitchen. When planning your trip to Myrtle Beach please consider Beach Colony. Dave and Alana are wonderful to people to rent from.

Everything we wanted and needed in a condo ..Very clean ..very comfortable. I even looked under the sheets...;- ) Really nice place to vacate.we went with anoter couple and had plenty of room and were so realaxed.Beach was really nice and soft sand and clean.Resort had nice pools and bar so we were happy.Great location near so much. We aare back again next year "Thanks " to Alana who answered all our questions as this was our first VRBO rental and she made it so easy. Reserve our place next year.

We enjoyed staying in BC 211! It was very enjoyable. The unit was very clean and comfortable, just like being at home! The property was very clean and well maintained. The pools were maintained daily and very clean. The staff at Beach Colony was very nice even though we were not renting from them. We would definitely recommend staying here. We will return.

Thanks Alana. We had a wonderful time, and your place was really nice. Plus...the electronic door code thingy was great - no key to carry around!! They called for rain every day we were there, but it only rained Sunday morning. After that, the weather was beautiful.Loved the condo nicely decorated looked after and clean.
