The room had everything we needed and then some. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The ocean view was stunning. We’ll definitely be returning next year.

We enjoyed our stay at this unit. The owners were excellent at providing a very clean and welcoming unit. If we needed anything, they were quick to respond. The beach was beautiful and the facilities were excellent. Communications were excellent. Master bd was very comfortable.

"Girls" week was wonderful!

This was our first experience with VRBO even though we had stayed at Beach Colony the previous 4 years. Unit 211 was very clean and well equipped. Everything in the unit was in good working order. We loved being able to use the stairs to get to the beach. The owners were very easy to work with. We loved the door code process - no key to lose! Beach Colony is situated on the Golden Mile - a very safe and quiet area which is important to 2 "mature" gals. We highly recommend this unit and we hope to be back next year. September weather is absolutely beautiful and the ocean water temp is very warm. We had a great time! .

This was our first beach vacation with our young children (ages 6 and 3). We could not have picked a better property to stay at! Very, very clean and so comfortable! It is obvious this is a well cared for and much loved condominium. We felt like we were staying at "home" for the week! The proximity of the beach was a HUGE plus for us (just down the stairs and past the pool!) as were the family friendly and respectful attitudes of all of the other vacationers on the beach. All of the little notes placed around the condo with various tips and reminders were so helpful! We just arrived back last evening to our home in western Ohio and are looking at dates to re-book for next summer! :)

Awesome Vacation

This condo is everything they say it is, very clean and comfortable even with 2 adults and 4 kids, We love the location away from the crowds but close to everything hate to leave! I was nervous about sending someone money for a privately owned condo but the owners were right on top of everything and the keyless entry is great for the kids.

Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

This condo is great! I have stayed there for girls weekends and weekends away with my family. The condo is perfect. It overlooks the lazy river and the pool and you have a great view of the beach. There is plenty of room to relax and get comfy. It has everything you need for a getway and we will continue to rent this condo!

GREAT VACATION

Thank You Both so much for sharing your vacation condo, with our family.Everything was great. Far enough from the center, to get away from the crowds and noise, but yet close enough for a good walk or drive.This was our first rental thru VRBO, and was very nervous, since I didn't know what to expect. Was very relieved, when I entered. Very clean and cozy.Very convenient being on the 2nd floor, so we didn't have to take elevator..used stairs.Beach was wonderful, with such warm water, and beutiful sunsets. My family and I will most certainly be back.

Beach Colony 211

We stayed at BC the week of August 1, 2010. We were there for my son's baseball tournament at the Ripken Experience. The property was exactly as the owner described. The keyless entry was very helpful with 3 kids being able to come and go without needing to carry a key. The condo is very clean and has everything you would need to enjoy your week. The second floor is a great location because the elevator can be slow. You must have patience while in the parking ramp. This ramp has tight turns and only allows room for one vehicle to maneuver around corners. All large SUV's must park on the first level because of the height restriction on the upper levels. There are entertaintment and restaurants near the condo for all ages. Also we were able to shop at the local Food Lion to stock our kitchen. When planning your trip to Myrtle Beach please consider Beach Colony. Dave and Alana are wonderful to people to rent from.

Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Everything we wanted and needed in a condo ..Very clean ..very comfortable. I even looked under the sheets...;- ) Really nice place to vacate.we went with anoter couple and had plenty of room and were so realaxed.Beach was really nice and soft sand and clean.Resort had nice pools and bar so we were happy.Great location near so much. We aare back again next year "Thanks " to Alana who answered all our questions as this was our first VRBO rental and she made it so easy. Reserve our place next year.

We enjoyed staying in BC 211! It was very enjoyable. The unit was very clean and comfortable, just like being at home! The property was very clean and well maintained. The pools were maintained daily and very clean. The staff at Beach Colony was very nice even though we were not renting from them. We would definitely recommend staying here. We will return.

Thanks Alana. We had a wonderful time, and your place was really nice. Plus...the electronic door code thingy was great - no key to carry around!! They called for rain every day we were there, but it only rained Sunday morning. After that, the weather was beautiful.Loved the condo nicely decorated looked after and clean.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable week thanks to Alana & David.....they really thought of everything. There were boogie boards, beach chairs, games & coloring books....even sand toys! Hi Alana and David,It was a great week and had a full blast …….kids had non-stop fun and that was all it counts. We would love to come there next year, but we might take our first Disney vacation to Florida next year. If we change our minds, we will definitely contact you to look for this condo for next Summer as well….. The condo was exceptionally clean and the kitchen was well-stocked. The unit was conveniently located on the second floor, enabling us to use the stairs when the elevators were busy.Thank you for a comfortable stay!

Our family had a wonderful vacation. The condo was everything we had hoped for. It was situated perfectly in Myrtle Beach and offered all the amenities that the kids looked for. The pools, beach and lazy river made it hard to venture out each day. The condo was clean and well appointed. David and Alana made it easy for us to just unpack and enjoy. They were wonderful hosts and were more than accommodating to deal with. We highly recommend this rental. You will not be disappointed!

Stayed here as Snow Birds this is our second year staying at this condo. We have booked the condo for next year Jan/Feb and March Where else can be better in the winter than at the beach. Enjoyed the home touches and are made to feel so welcomed. Alana has even phoned us to check with us that all is well during our long stay to see if we needed anything in the condo. Alana & David are Great to work with. My sister, daughter, and future daughter in law thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit. We had a great time with our all girls beach trip. It was very comfortable, extrememly reasonably priced, and very clean which are the three things I most look for in a vacation spot. It is also very close to everything. I would recommend this unit to anyone.

Had a great vacation at the condo. Owners easy to work wiht for the booking process. Condo really nice and well set out. Plenty of room for our family nice for the kids to have their own room/space. We just got back from our vacation and we had a wonderful time. The condo is very roomy and the kids enjoyed having their own room which was great. Being on the 2nd floor was great especially since we could sit on the balcony and look out at the lazy river. The room is beautifully decorated and it felt like being at home! Had a great vist to the beach. enjoyed the condo very much pride of ownership shows. We looked into the windows of 'hotel rentals' not as well kept as this one by owner. Very clean nice linens provided. Evrything we needed to enjoy our break away. Thank you we will be back

Enjoyed our stay thank you for all the info and help on our rental of your condo. Beuatiful place very homely. You have taken pride in your home from home. We went with another couple and we all enjoyed the condo and the hotel it self. We will be back.

Had a great stay in June. Enjoyed the condo nice place well looked after.Pride of owners show. Clean and everything we needed for our family.Even things for the children to do..nice touch. Enjoyed the beach and condo building grounds.Pool and lazy river especially for the children. Look forward to a return visit. Owners easy to work with for booking as we had never booked through a owner before ...we saved money to spend on ourselves on vacation.

Thank you very much for such a lovely vacation. It was by far the most relaxing and most beautiful vacation thus far. I took my parents and the accomadations were perfect for the four of us. We was at an awl when we first walked in the door. It was etter than what we expected. The people staying at the facility were as friendly as if they were your neighbor for years. Thank you so much for a GREAT Vacation the family really enjoyed the condo. Great for letting the young ones go in the lazy river below and watch from the balcony. Very clean ...I even looked at the linen first before we got into the beds ..Freash and Clean. Everything we needed in there even things for the children to do...nice touch. The owners want people to have a nice vacation and we did. Thank you we will be back again next year. Davies Family

Dave and Alana: We had a wonderful week in Myrtle and staying at your condo made that possible. We were very impressed with the accommodations. We loved that the pools outside and inside were heated. The condo very clean and comfortable. It was in a great location to the beach and to all of our favorite spots. This was our 6 or 7th visit to Myrtle Beach so your condo was perfect for us. We have stayed at this condo twice now. It is kept in wonderful condition and is also very comfortable. Alana and David are excellent to do rent from and very flexible. We will DEFINITELY stay again!!! Love the new chair this year!! Thanks!!

I would highly reccomend this condo. Reservation with owners was excellent and easy. Condo was very nice, enough room for 4 adults. Location excellent. 2nd floor is great, no waiting for elevators. Stairwell right to the pool! Nice having a kitchen to make meals. Wireless internet was an added bonus! We can't wait to visit again!

Having just had a great stay at the condo we have already booked again for next year. Thank you to the owners who made the booking process easy as this is the first time we have rented through owners. Condo was really nice and well kept pride of owners showed. Nice comfortable beds and nice clean linens. Great spot to watch the children below in the lazy river and not having to wait for the elevator was good. Beach nice and clean hotel amminites were good.

We just returned from a Beautiful week!!! It was everything we expected. We have 3 children that also were very happy. The condo was top-notch. It had everything we needed. One of the best things was the location of the condo. Being on the second floor we never had to use or wait for an elevator. Thank You Alana and David.
