Thank You Both so much for sharing your vacation condo, with our family.Everything was great. Far enough from the center, to get away from the crowds and noise, but yet close enough for a good walk or drive.This was our first rental thru VRBO, and was very nervous, since I didn't know what to expect. Was very relieved, when I entered. Very clean and cozy.Very convenient being on the 2nd floor, so we didn't have to take elevator..used stairs.Beach was wonderful, with such warm water, and beutiful sunsets. My family and I will most certainly be back.

Beach Colony 211

We stayed at BC the week of August 1, 2010. We were there for my son's baseball tournament at the Ripken Experience. The property was exactly as the owner described. The keyless entry was very helpful with 3 kids being able to come and go without needing to carry a key. The condo is very clean and has everything you would need to enjoy your week. The second floor is a great location because the elevator can be slow. You must have patience while in the parking ramp. This ramp has tight turns and only allows room for one vehicle to maneuver around corners. All large SUV's must park on the first level because of the height restriction on the upper levels. There are entertaintment and restaurants near the condo for all ages. Also we were able to shop at the local Food Lion to stock our kitchen. When planning your trip to Myrtle Beach please consider Beach Colony. Dave and Alana are wonderful to people to rent from.

Everything we wanted and needed in a condo ..Very clean ..very comfortable. I even looked under the sheets...;- ) Really nice place to vacate.we went with anoter couple and had plenty of room and were so realaxed.Beach was really nice and soft sand and clean.Resort had nice pools and bar so we were happy.Great location near so much. We aare back again next year "Thanks " to Alana who answered all our questions as this was our first VRBO rental and she made it so easy. Reserve our place next year.

We enjoyed staying in BC 211! It was very enjoyable. The unit was very clean and comfortable, just like being at home! The property was very clean and well maintained. The pools were maintained daily and very clean. The staff at Beach Colony was very nice even though we were not renting from them. We would definitely recommend staying here. We will return.

Thanks Alana. We had a wonderful time, and your place was really nice. Plus...the electronic door code thingy was great - no key to carry around!! They called for rain every day we were there, but it only rained Sunday morning. After that, the weather was beautiful.Loved the condo nicely decorated looked after and clean.

Hi Alana and David,It was a great week and had a full blast …….kids had non-stop fun and that was all it counts. We would love to come there next year, but we might take our first Disney vacation to Florida next year. The condo was exceptionally clean and the kitchen was well-stocked. The unit was conveniently located on the second floor, enabling us to use the stairs when the elevators were busy.Thank you for a comfortable stay!

Our family had a wonderful vacation. The condo was everything we had hoped for. It was situated perfectly in Myrtle Beach and offered all the amenities that the kids looked for. The pools, beach and lazy river made it hard to venture out each day. The condo was clean and well appointed. David and Alana made it easy for us to just unpack and enjoy. They were wonderful hosts and were more than accommodating to deal with. We highly recommend this rental. You will not be disappointed!

Stayed here as Snow Birds this is our second year staying at this condo. We have booked the condo for next year Jan/Feb and March Where else can be better in the winter than at the beach. Enjoyed the home touches and are made to feel so welcomed. Alana has even phoned us to check with us that all is well during our long stay to see if we needed anything in the condo. My sister, daughter, and future daughter in law thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit. We had a great time with our all girls beach trip. It was very comfortable, extrememly reasonably priced, and very clean which are the three things I most look for in a vacation spot. It is also very close to everything. I would recommend this unit to anyone.

Had a great vacation at the condo. Owners easy to work wiht for the booking process. Condo really nice and well set out. Plenty of room for our family nice for the kids to have their own room/space. We just got back from our vacation and we had a wonderful time. The condo is very roomy and the kids enjoyed having their own room which was great. Being on the 2nd floor was great especially since we could sit on the balcony and look out at the lazy river. The room is beautifully decorated and it felt like being at home! Had a great vist to the beach. enjoyed the condo very much pride of ownership shows. We looked into the windows of 'hotel rentals' not as well kept as this one by owner. Very clean nice linens provided. Evrything we needed to enjoy our break away. Thank you we will be back

Had a great stay in June. Enjoyed the condo nice place well looked after.Pride of owners show. Clean and everything we needed for our family.Even things for the children to do..nice touch. Thank you very much for such a lovely vacation. It was by far the most relaxing and most beautiful vacation thus far. I took my parents and the accomadations were perfect for the four of us. We was at an awl when we first walked in the door. It was etter than what we expected. The people staying at the facility were as friendly as if they were your neighbor for years. I would highly reccomend this condo. Reservation with owners was excellent and easy. Condo was very nice, enough room for 4 adults. Location excellent. 2nd floor is great, no waiting for elevators. Stairwell right to the pool! Nice having a kitchen to make meals. Wireless internet was an added bonus! We can't wait to visit again!

Having just had a great stay at the condo we have already booked again for next year. Thank you to the owners who made the booking process easy as this is the first time we have rented through owners. Condo was really nice and well kept pride of owners showed. Nice comfortable beds and nice clean linens. Great spot to watch the children below in the lazy river and not having to wait for the elevator was good. Beach nice and clean hotel amminites were good.

We just returned from a Beautiful week!!! It was everything we expected. We have 3 children that also were very happy. The condo was top-notch. It had everything we needed. One of the best things was the location of the condo. Being on the second floor we never had to use or wait for an elevator. Thank You Alana and David.

Having just returned from a GREAT Vaction. We really enjoyed the condo as a family. Had all we wanted and more Thanks to Alana & David...you can tell they take pride in their place. Clean and really nice set up. Enjoyed the beach and things to do at the place and around the area. Not far for any of the shopping or entertainmet. Nicer relaxing area nice beach. Will be back again later in the year..just working out dates :)

Alana & David, My sister Deborah and I thoroughly enjoyed staying in your home for the week of Oct. 7-13, 2007. Everything was as described - VERY nice and homey. There were plenty of nice linens, paper products, towels, etc. We really appreciated the selection of DVDs, CDs and books, too! The location is great and would be wonderful for families with kids so they can keep an eye on them at the pool and lazy river. We are looking forward to next year! This condo was absolutely beautiful and very clean which means alot to me being that I'm normally such a neat freak. It was exactly as described and the location was great. I would recommend it to anyone and would definitely stay again.

We were very pleased with our condo at Beach Colony. The rooms were nice size and very clean. The resort was lovely and the staff were very friendly. The location was great with easy access to both north and and south attractions and eateries. The food at the resorts cafe was pretty good and the drinks at the bar were very tasty too. Dave and Alana were wonderful to rent from and made our stay very comfortable.
