Beautiful gated community, ground floor condominium with lanai located on the seventh hole of the golf course, immediately adjacent to pool. Two bedroom/two bath with den. Total square footage is 1850 square feet. Utility area with washer/dryer. Large modern kitchen opens to dining and living room area. The lanai, living area, and kitchen are tiled.
Vacation rental amenities include central air conditioning, fans,and television with CD and DVD in living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, ice maker, and microwave. The in-unit laundry has washer and dryer plus ironing board and iron. The extended utility area also doubles as a storage area.
The master bedroom is spacious with king-sized bed. Bathroom has dual sinks, tub, and shower. Guest room features a queen-size bed. Guest bath is adjacent to the bedroom. Separate den has fold-out sleeping couch and second television. High ceilings give a feeling of spaciousness.
Activities and attractions include enjoyable 25-minute shuttle boat to Windstar private beach on Keewaydin Island. Chairs are provided at the beach as well as umbrellas, picnic tables, restrooms, and showers. Biking and walking along the roads and paths at Windstar is also a treat for many.
