This efficiency apartment is fully furnished and ready for use in Deerfield Resort on Norris Lake. Springs Dock Marina is one cove away. Boaters may rent a slip at the Deerfield Cove Marina(five minutes away) and park their trailers at the apartment.
Knoxville, Dollywood, Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge are within two hours. Many shopping areas, museums, and state and national parks are a quick drive from this beautiful, clean lake. Deerfield Resort offers many activities, in the neighborhood, such as golfing, tennis, swimming pool, children's playground, and restaurants. Deer, squirrels, and birds will be seen on almost every stroll through this hilly resort.
During the day, the queen sized "Murphy bed" stores in the wall. This permits a wide open floor space for day use of the table and chairs, loveseat and entertainment system. The built-in propane fireplace provides warmth for cool evenings and the air conditioner keeps you cool in the summer.
The living area is flooded with sunlight and the deck offers a beautiful view of Norris Lake and pleasant sunbathing. The kitchen is furnished with the normal utensils, pots and pans, and plates. Just bring your food and toothbrush.
Facing east, you can start your day with a great sunrise and your morning coffee on the deck or in front of the fireplace.
