This four bedroom, two bathroom house is at an ideal location on rustic, non-commercialized Folly Beach. This second row house is located right across from the beach and a beach access. A double back deck, complete with a dining set and other chairs, with a marsh view provides a wonderful place to enjoy the Folly Beach weather, eat, or sit and talk. The large backyard is a great place for kids to play, and there is also a concrete picnic area in the back with additional eating area.
Folly Beach is only ten miles from historic downtown Charleston, where there is much shopping and dining, but the island has a flavor all its own. All of the restaurants and stores are locally owned. There are no chains.
