I rented this property for one night about a week ago and it was a very nice house. The house was larger once inside than it looked on the outside. The inside of the house was very clean and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The place was not too far from downtown but not as close as I would personally like. Overall the price was very reasonable, I would recommend, and I would definitely rent again.

Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

We rented the home for a ladies get together in Austin and couldn't have been any happier with the home. It comes stocked with all kitchen necessities, linens, washer and dryer, comfortable beds and more. We utilized the pool and found the staff and lifeguard's to be very nice. The owner has thought of everything and is very helpful! I would recommend this home to anyone.

Recommended for:Families with young children, girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+.

Convenient location and gathering place for family get-together.

We gathered our immediate family together (including 2 sets of parents with little kids) to attend an awesome Austin wedding. The house was clean, spacious and convenient. An easy drive to/from airport and downtown Austin, the house provided a quiet retreat between events, and a comfortable home-base for the grands. House was adequately equipped, walking distance to the play ground, and provided the space we needed and it was great to have kitchen, washer/dryer and our own rooms.

Recommended for:Families with young children, age 55+.

I'm from Chicago and had stayed in home me and my family were in Austin for a wedding when we arrived to Austin we were very lost- with us leaving GPS at home I called owner and Wow she ask and took me straight to the home with no worries we got there. We also had a contact number of manager that help us to find stores in the area this was a plus in our part.Our stay was very nice we felt at home .Neighbors were very nice .Bedrooms were very large we had extra people coming to stay with us as well and all we did was call for extras linens need with no problems it was taken care of in just mins. Our stay was very nice we had enough household things yard was well maintained with picnic table and a great view of pond . Parking was very good as well plus garage was big and had garage door opener as well. Manager called just to make sure we didn't need anything and that was nice as well The Pool was very big and had a area for my 2 year old that was nice .Park was very big with courts for basketball and volley ball as well . Me and my family LOVED it and we will refer the home to anyone lots of fun in Austin thanks so much ....

Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children, girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+.

The pictures show something entirely differant then what we had!!!!! Their was not one piece of furniture in the house that was comfortable to sit or sleep in! I think they bought everything in the place except the washer and dryer at the dollar store!!!! Would not reccomend to my enemy!

Owner response:I am sorry this vacationer was not happy with my home. I have replaced the furniture with new items and I do not why this vacationer did not call to complain to me about being uncomfortable.
