Vacation in this beautiful two bedroom, two bath, fourth floor (elevator) condo that sleeps four to six people. This brand new unit has been decorated with an Island theme that includes vibrant colors to enhance your tropical dream vacation. The property is located on beautiful lush grounds including an extensive boardwalk that takes you through its on-property nature preserve. The unit is also located across from the ocean (non driving area) and also has beach access through a walkway.

This two bedroom unit has tile throughout except for the two bedrooms which are carpeted. The master unit has a king size bed and a full size baby crib along with linens. The master bath is equipped with double sinks in marble and a jetted whirlpool tub with separate tiled shower.

The guest room has two twin beds,a dresser and two night stands. It also has a walk in closet and an adjoining bathroom. The living room has a couch and a sofa. The couch has a queen size pull out bed. This unit also has an outdoor electric barbeque on the lanai.
