Ground Floor: Two-car garage plus parking for 2 more cars on brick paver driveway. Deep, laundry room style sink in garage for clean up. Charcoal grill on brick patio. Outdoor hot/cold shower. Hall bath with shower, tile vanity with porcelain sink. Door leading directly to beach steps. Storage area loaded with beach necessities – chairs, coolers, floats, buckets, toys, kites, a beach tent, volleyball net, umbrellas, boogie boards, snorkeling equipment, noodles, etc. (The availability of these items are subject to change without notice!)
Second Floor: Walk up to the second story entry into an exquisitely tiled entry foyer with bench for gathering your “stuff” and coat closet for storage. Remainder of the 2nd floor has honey-hewed hardwood floors. Large, beautifully decorated living room features gas log fireplace, 2 deep plush sofas, 2 leather side chairs with foot rests, LCD TV, DVD, stainless steel coffee table, and additional side chair with ottoman. Adjacent dining area has large cypress table with seating for eight. French doors lead from living/dining room out to deck overlooking gulf with four chairs and two cocktail tables, plus your private steps to the beach. Gourmet kitchen equipped all stainless appliances: GE Monogram frig, microwave and double oven, Dacor 5-burner gas cook top, dishwasher. Granite counter tops, an island with 4 bar stools, a built-in desk and a sink overlooking the gulf! Kitchen is incredibly well stocked. Wireless internet. Twin bedroom on this floor has 2 twin beds, dresser, LCD TV, ceiling fan and a convenient bench. Full hall bath has tub/shower and tiled vanity with unique glass sink. Laundry room with super capacity washer and dryer plus laundry room sink and folding countertop.
Third Floor: Hardwood floors throughout this floor. Extra large master bedroom suite built expressly for the owner who lives here much of the off-season. This bedroom is for the person who paid the most money. We are not talking fair here – it is above and beyond! Master bedroom has king bed, elegant desk overlooking gulf, chaise lounge, side chair and ottoman, LCD TV/DVD, 2 ceiling fans, huge dresser, bench at end of bed and panoramic windows overlooking the gulf and beach. French doors lead from master bedroom to private deck overlooking gulf with two Adirondack rockers. Master bath has dressing table for her, huge walk-in closet, full length mirror, tiled vanity with double stainless steel sinks, deep soaking tub with sprayer nozzle, and walk-in, tiled shower with two heads. Master bath soaking tub and double sinks face the gulf directly! The queen bedroom has two-seat bench at foot of bed, dresser, ceiling fan and door opening to adjacent hall bath. Hall bath has tub/shower and tiled vanity with porcelain sink. Twin bedroom has 2 twin beds, 13” TV/VCR, 2-seat bench, side chair, chest of drawers, and ceiling fan.

We have rented this house for several years and love it. It has great views and wonderful beach access. The kitchen, living area and master bedroom are attractive and functional. The house as a whole is very comfortable, with one exception. The beds in the upstairs twin bedroom are very uncomfortable, complete with plastic, noisy mattress covers. They are fit only for small children. I wish the owners would put good mattresses and adult bedding in that room.
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers.
