Simply FABULOUS.....................BEAUTIFUL CONDO AND A MINUTE WALK TO BEACH! I RATE IT A 10!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

We went in this property at the beginning of March for ten days. The condo look exactly like pictures shows. It was very clean, new and confortable. The location is perfect and save. But our experience wasn't what we expect because of the neighborhood. This is not a place for families. The day we arrived the owner of the condo below us (2nd floor) came two times to say that we are making too much noise. We were supposed to be 10 persons but our plan change before arriving and we were only 2 adults with 3 children. Fortunately... He came the first time about 30 minutes after our arrival. He was screaming at us and telling us that he would call the police. He was not calm at all. my youngest one (5 years old) was crying. He actually works at night and sleep during the day. I said to my 3 children to be very carefull, to make no noise and walk very slowly. He came back again around 8 pm menacing to ruin our vacation if we continue... He never came back because we were very silencious for the rest of our vacation. He was very lucky that we are the kind of persons we are. Because when we pay for a holiday we expect at least to be relaxing and enjoying. But we were not. We were always on our guard and my children were afraid of him. I found important to let everyone be inform of that. Neighborhood are pretty old and we also have to be carefull in the pool area. I know we always have to be but children are children and we have to let them enjoy and have a good time also.Washing machines are not in the condo but on the same floor (that is OK) but bring change because it is 1.50$ for each washing and drying. The condo do not have a balcony or any place that we can hang up beach towel. So we have to use the drying machine a lot. I hope this review can help some of you. This place is perfect for couples who want a beautiful place, quiet and with a very good location. But not families with children ....Recommended for: Age 55+.
