As Vail locals, we offer a one bedroom condo, complete with full kitchen and living room with sleeper sofa, for the price of a typical Lion Square Lodge hotel room. The updated granite counters and fully-equipped kitchen are complimented by the well-appointed furnishings and tiled bathroom. This condo has received a Silver rating.
The master has a queen bed with deluxe firm mattress. The full closet in the bedroom and large closet in the hall offer ample storage. There are washers and dryers across from the unit, which add to the convenience, as does the full-service ski shop down the hall. Free covered parking is close to the condo, and high speed internet is available, for your laptop, or at the computer center.
Families and friends will enjoy the convenience of the Gondola, Adventure Ridge, and Ski School right across from Lion Square Lodge; a fabulous Italian restaurant on premises; and a friendly concierge. A beautiful cozy, yet spacious lobby boasts a roaring fireplace and balconies overlooking the pool and slopes. The luxurious changing rooms (in the same building as the Condo) with showers and towels, next to the heated walkways surrounding the outdoor heated pool and jacuzzis, further add to the convenience and pleasure of this deluxe experience.
Breathtaking views from the pool and hot tubs, compliment the après-ski experience, as do the delicious après -ski values at the on-site Mezzaluna Restaurant. To top it off, let me show you the best places on the mountain to ski the steep-and-deep, or how to relax and beat the lunch crowds for a unique mountain-top bar-b-q! Note: This condo caters to guests who want a prime location, but are not concerned about having a view of the mountains. The condo faces a retaining wall. The lobby, with its cozy overstuffed leather sofas and fireplace, overlooks the slopes, and is just one floor above the condo’s location. Those who want the convenience and amenities of a first class resort with a friendly atmosphere, where you can luxuriate in two outdoor hot tubs and pool while enjoying an unparalleled view of the slopes, mountains, and sunsets without paying the full price of a one bedroom Lion Square Lodge condo will enjoy our accommodations.
However, those with non-skiers in their party, who want to sit in the condo and look out at the view would be best suited to another accommodation. We have a Luxury 6400 sq ft Home available 10 minutes away that has spectacular views! This mountain top location is next to a fabulous hiking trail, with a private hot tub, and is available on a price per person basis for one to nine people.
Double Note: Second Condo (two bedroom) down the hall also may be a available occasionally as adjunct to this Condo to accommodate your friends/ relatives/ teens; Large Exquisite Home 10 minutes away available for retreats, reunions, and larger groups. Package pricing is available.

After growing up on the icy slopes of the East, it was always my dream to live in Colorado and ski the fluffy powder! I made that happen and moved to Vail to raise my daughters in this magnificent setting that offers so much. As a psychologist, I know the importance of having a hassle-free vacation to 'rejuvenate' and make the most of your time off!
Having owned our 2 condos at LionSquare Lodge since the girls were 1 & 5, I can't imagine a more convenient way to enjoy the slopes and amenities for families with children at any age. Vail offers the best of everything to adults and children, teens and singles. From the time my girls were little, LIonSquare Lodge has been their 'other' home, with its friendly, warm, ambiance that is welcoming and convenient.
